「清潔で、安定した、また使いたくなるホテル」でした。
Pros:

スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でした◎朝食会場での、スタッフさんの挨拶がとても明るく元気で（程良く）気持ちが良かったです。
施設内もとても清潔でした。
大浴場も天然温泉でとても良かったですし、景色も見れてゆっくりできました。

Cons:

事前に（前日）ホテルへ連絡（ブッキング.comの連絡機能にて）したのですが返信がなかったので、少し不安感がありした。それでも、当日ホテルのチェックイン時の接客態度が好印象だったので安心しました。

Pros:

La localización es estupenda. Muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobús y de las zonas turísticas de la ciudad.
A destacar también el onsen en la ultima planta del hotel. Súper amplio, cómodo, tranquilo y con vistas a las montañas que rodean Takayama.
Dispone de nevera, muy necesaria en los meses de verano y hay de todo en los alrededores, incluyendo cafeterías, restaurantes y un supermercado.

Cons:

La habitación no era muy amplia pero cumplía de sobras para una estancia de unos días.

Maravilloso
Pros:

La ubicación, tener la oportunidad de bañarnos en el onsen, fue una experiencia. Además, el trato con el personal, la tranquilidad del hotel y las vistas desde el ascensor. Fue un verdadero placer :)

Cons:

La colazione un pó scarna, di dolce solo lo yogurt e dei cornettini. Niente pane, niente toast e salumi, solo riso e noodles. Anche la colazione salata é stata deludente, poca scelta.
