服務非常好，員工每一個都超有禮貌，笑容滿面。預訂高樓層雙床房，視野真的很棒，空間也夠，隔音很好。有室內.室外湯，早餐可以吃到當地料理。

酒店大約在車站與老街的中間位置。房間小而乾淨，有迎賓花草茶。早餐選項不是很多但是美味。特別感謝櫃檯那位女性員工幫忙很多、態度極佳，很抱歉忘記她的名字。

Ao chegar as 15h para fazer check-in o funcionário da recepção o atendente foi ríspido um tanto grosseiro,parecia não estar com muita paciência para atender,seu tom voz e expressão facial demonstraram até falta de empatia,não falo inglês mas consigo me comunicar um pouco japonês,fiz duas perguntas sobre a estadia,para sanar dúvidas e simplesmente o atendente respondia em inglês com ar sem paciência e a expressão do rosto era nítido a falta de empatia comigo como hóspede,foi a sensação mais desconfortável que senti em relação estadia em hotel no Japão. Ser sério é diferente de agir de forma grosseira!
Mas a moça que me guiou até a recepção foi muito simpática e sorridente me trouxe um conforto.
O quarto é barulhento,é possível ouvir vozes no corredor,abrir e fechar as portas e quando liga o ar faz barulho como estralo e aparentemente o ar precisa de limpeza,ao ligar muita poeira não consegui ficar com ele ligado,fiquei espirrando e com os olhos coçando.
Pelo valor da diária com café manhã incluso foi um experiência decepcionante principalmente na recepção,atendendo despreparado para lidar com atendimento ao publico.😔

よい宿泊でした。
Pros:

高山駅に近くてアクセスが便利。
徒歩圏内にコンビニや飲食店が多くあります。
第2駐車場には屋根付きがあり、降雪の日は助かりました。
駐車場はチェックアウトの日も15時まで置ける。

Cons:

予約時「別料金が発生する可能性があります」と表示ありましたが、駐車場料金とは知りませんでした。
