Muy agradable, la comida deliciosa y el servicio de meseros muy bien.
Pros:

El trato de las personas del restaurante y de recepción, el internet no fue lo mejor, la televisión del cuarto funciono al principio y depués se prendía sola, ese detalle no fue nada bueno.

Cons:

Que no solucionaron el servicio de televisión, estaba descompuesta y no la cambiaron. El técnico fue 2 veces a apoyarnos pero no recibió apoyo del personal de hotel.

Pros:

The food was exceptionally good for an all-inclusive hotel. There's only one restaurant which rotates its menu, but I highly prefer that over having multiple restaurants serving food with no flavor (which tends to be the case for all-inclusives).
Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
Once you're in the restaurant area, beaches, pools, bars and activities are very close.

Cons:

Rooms and some pool areas with weak or no wifi.
There were usually a lot of wasps during breakfast. It was difficult to eat, since the restaurant is open on the sides. Birds also make their way to the restaurant area, but are less of a concern.
The rooms are a bit far away from the restaurant, pools and beach area. If you're staying with children I recommend bringing strollers or asking for the golf cart at the reception (may need to wait a bit for the latter).
