Las habitaciones,los meseros, la limpieza en las habitaciones.

Cons:

Es inaccesible los baños si te encuentras en las áreas de albercas y playa.
La rampa es muy larga para personas mayores y el camión que tiene no es constante.

No recomiendo para personas con poca movilidad motriz y de la tercera edad.

Great value, and super nice staff.
Pros:

The staff is very good, patient, and helpful. They really made the difference for me, and provided good advice to explore Huatulco and its surroundings. The restaurant and bars are great: there is a lot to choose from and always someone cooking food right on the spot too. The two swimming pools are really nice, especially with kids. I really liked the two beaches, even if they're not ideal if you want to go for a swim (strong waves), but that also depends on your luck.

Cons:

The ramp to get from the bedrooms to the restaurant, pool, or beaches is a little long. Not terrible, not great.

Supera las expectativas
Pros:

La comida muy buena, tienen un buen chef; he de decir que de los hoteles todo incluido que he visitado en huatulco ha sido el único que ofrece mariscos en sus comidas y cenas por favor no lo cambien, el desayuno es variado y rico.
Los meseros muy amables, siempre con buena actitud, nos atendió Alberto siempre con una sonrisa y excelenteservicio, también el capitán de meseros de la tarde y los barman, no recuerdo el nombre de todos pero de verdad muy buena actitud.
Tienen accesos a dos playas, puedes nadar en una y también tiene servicio de bar.
Su club de playa muy bien,su piscina es de buen tamaño y tienen una para peques.
La vista está muy padre, yo sé que todos hablan del Internet pero es algo que no se necesita, las habitaciones son espaciosas.

Cons:

Creo que deberían tener vigilancia para la piscina, están los letreros y te avisan que no se puede comer en área de alberca la gente lo hace, aunque hay piscina de niños los adultos llevan a sus pequeños con pañal a la piscina de adultos, y sí les hace falta unas sombrillas para el área de alberca.

Me encanto la atención del personal, todos super atentos, tanto en área de restaurante y buffet, la verdad te tratan muy bien, ya eh tenido oportunidad de conocer otros all inclusive, y como te ven te tratan, aca fue la excepción.

Cons:

Solo que tengan un baño más cerca de la alberca, y el último dia de mi estancia de lado de la alberca llegaba un olor desagradable
