Tiene unas vistas muy lindas del mar, aunque la playa es pequeña. Tiene un gran corredor para acceder al unico restaurante asi como la alberca y playa, para quien tenga alguna condicion fisica que no le permita trasladarse facilmente puede ser un problema. Los alimentos son muy variados en todos los buffet del dia. Poca cobertura con wifi. En general bien.

Fuimos en plan familiar y nos gusto mucho, tienen un menu amplio y en general todo fue muy bonito, la barra tarda un poco y casi no hay meseros en las areas comunes, pero en general fue muy agradable nuestra estancia

The beach was beautiful, the room was very nice

Food was well below average, no taste, no quality of ingredients. Bartenders unable to make a decent drink. Cheap beer warm and cooled with ice so not a plesent drink at all. Cocktails were basically ice in a blender.

It is a long walk from the rooms and into the restaurant/pool area with an uphill challenge on the way back

The hotel is advertised as Free WiFi - upon check in reception staff informed the rooms are largely not wifi enabled - we were unable to get a WiFi signal anywhere at the hotel so if you plan/need to do some work, forget about this place

They are happy to charge a full price for day 1 even when you arrive at 22:00 and all services are closed but on last day, despite my package return flight for 19:05 we had to check out, brazalete removed and no possibility of food or drink after 11:00 check out

I will not come back to this hotel and would not recommend. I have been to far better places for the same price.

Lo más destacado es el trato del personal me pareció muy bueno.
Lo malo, los baños huelen mal ( restaurante y los q están fuera de los cuartos), la señal de internet no llega a los cuartos y en general es malo, el restaurante muy poca variedad en el menu, no hay ventiladores en el restaurante.

Mala atención desde el front desk asta los meseros con eccepcion de Edgar , Pedro y Magno , los managers ausentes no hay control alguno realmente les falta tomar cursos a todos los empleados de como tratar al huésped.
