Need something for the mosquito bites in the food area
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y atento. En especial los meseros como el Sr Martín y el Sr Felipe siempre amables y atendieron muy bien.
También el salvavidas y Manuel de recepción, personal dentro del hotel muy destacable. Hotel muy recomendable y su comida deliciosa. Todo 10/10.

Las habitaciones están bien

Cons:

Para tomar los alimentos, literal hay que bajar caminando por un puente un cerro, con una pendiente de más de un kilómetro, solo existe un bar en todo el hotel el cual abre a las 12 del día y tiene un servicio muy limitado de bebidas, usan una botella de ron Bacardi blanco de las llamadas patas de elefante la cual se ve que rellenan con licor de batalla y el cual sirven a discreción provocando que el huésped se emborrache con dos o tres copas. La alberca “sin fin” esta horrible, tiene una cantidad inmensa de venecianos sueltos y la gente se lastima y corta los pies, eso sin contar el olor a aguas negras del ambiente cerca de la alberca y lo más DELICADO que el área de mantenimiento le echa cloro a la alberca a las 9 o 10 de la mañana aún cuando hay niños y gente adulta bañándose. Esa actividad debe hacerse en las noches. Cuando uno se queja de la distancia que hay que recorrer entre el edificio de habitaciones y el restaurante te ofrecen transporte el cual nunca llega. Siento que lo que pagué no vale ni la
Mitad de lo que ese remedo de Resorts me ofreció. Desgraciadamente desconozco si uno puede cancelar cuando uno llega al establecimiento y se encuentra con cosas como esta.
La profepa, la Semarnat y la secretaria de salud debería de auditar ese establecimiento. Su desagüe de aguas negras lo tienen al aire libre

“It is very good, but the overall experience could be enhanced by offering bellboy and valet parking services.”
Pros:

Staff is incredibly helpful, Martin the waiter is so nice and polite. Staff made the trip worth. Almost forgot, kids pool is so nice.

Cons:

First: no parking lot inside or valet parking available.
Second: the long way to reach to the restaurants and pools, there’s no fans or a way to feel cooler at the restaurant. Hot was implacable that weekend.
Third: The room service menu should offer more options, especially since an extra fee is charged for the service.

La atención al cliente es excelente, las vistas son preciosas ❤️, la comida está bien.

Cons:

Las bebidas son prácticamente hielo, la playa es preciosa, pero si lo que quieres es nadar en el mar, aquí quizá no puedas por la geografía, es muy rocoso y la arena corta por la cantidad de coral, sin duda una bahía bellísima, pero no precisamente para nadar, si eso es lo que buscan
