ビジネスホテルとしては文句なし！
Pros:

スタッフの方々の対応や朝食はとても良かったです。駅近なのに静かな通りにあり、ちょっと歩けば直ぐに飲食店やショップがあったので退屈しないというロケーションが最高でした。

Cons:

部屋の備品の汚れがやや気になりました。
その他トイレの便座(の隙間)に誰かの髪の毛が落ちたままになっていたのがちょっと不快に感じてしまいました。
また、部屋を予約する際に見た画像に誤解してしまうような画像(1部屋でも間仕切りがあり2個室あるように見える)が含まれており、そのつもりで予約した為いざチェックインした時に狭い1部屋だけだったということを知りガッカリしてしまいました。※子供の大学受験の為に予約したので、受験前夜に一人で集中して勉強してもらう為には2部屋あるのが画期的だと解釈していた為です。

馬桶的水箱不定時一直有聲音！容易嚇到！
浴巾毛巾都只備一人份，第一天住宿有去要了第二人的備品，隔天早上貼上清潔，就應該要再放入兩人的備品，結果還是只有一人的備品！

Pros:

部屋も綺麗でバストイレ別。
大きいお風呂からはスカイツリーも十分見れて景色がいい。
この値段でこの設備はコスパ最強。

Cons:

エアコン始動後は強烈な匂いがした。
チェックイン後、外食に出かけている間回しっぱなしで帰ってくると無臭になっていたので一安心した。
しばらく予約の無かった部屋だったのかな。
エアコン始動後の長時間滞在はキツそう。
