Pros:

Limpiaban la habitación todos los días. Cerca de la estación de akihabara y de la de kanda (ambas a 8 minutos caminando aproximadamente)

Cons:

Se escuchaban los trenes pasar cerca. La habitación era bastante pequeña, apenas teníamos espacio para poner las maletas (y eran de cabina). El baño muy pequeño.

Lovely
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, a lot of japanese style breakfast, other than that everything as it should be. Bathroom is well set up so even though its small its enough space.

Cons:

We did find a hair on the bed which felt a little off, but it happens

スタッフの対応について
Cons:

10月にもこちらの宿泊施設を利用したことがあり、その時はとても良い印象でしたが、今回は非常に不快な経験をしました。施設や環境は良かったのですが、あるスタッフの態度が非常に不親切でした。
チェックイン前に荷物を預ける際、テープとハサミが必要だったため、中年の男性スタッフにお願いしました。テープを受け取った後、ハサミはないか尋ねたところ、そのスタッフは私を睨むような目つきで見てきました。さらに、ハサミを渡す際には手で私を押しのけるような仕草をされ、本当に驚き、とても不快でした。
このような対応をするスタッフがいるのは非常に残念です。改善を望みます。

Pros:

Location, and nice staff.

Cons:

Room is little bit tight for two people with luggages.
Booked non-smoke room, however pillow and duvet were smell badly, even after replaced. But on 2nd day, not smell any odor after they did room cleaning. Thanks for making change quickly.
