Pros:

The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from JR Hakata Station. The breakfast was also great.

Pros:

地理位置佳，樓下有藥妝店及便利店，僅至於此。

Cons:

第一天入住已經聞到厠所有很大尿臭味，之後發覺空氣清新機好多塵，而房的角落亦打掃得一般。房間打掃日子為住宿第4天早上及第7天早上（按我的理解），所以房間的清潔只好自己處理。例如：浴盤內的頭髮每天要自己清理，不然便會淤塞。早餐亦都屬一般，大部分食物味道稱不上好吃，而且大部分是室溫或冷的。
