Cons:

Limited amenities. Free drinks and snacks only from 3 pm to 5.30pm. No time. to enjoy when u r out the whole day.No place to meet friends or do my work except in the room.Unlike some hotels - free coffee and tea from 2pm to 12 midnite. There's a lounge to meet friends and do my work. U can eat in comfort with plenty of chairs and tables.This hotel don't allow eating and drinking in the Lobby with signs all over the place. Not very welcoming. Can't even help me book a cab to the airport despite my early notice. When I check out at 6 am - must ring bell . No one at the counter to assist hailing a cab. Ended up travelling to airport by Subway and bus Imagine a 72 year old lady lugging 26 kg luggage without help.Definitely will not come back again.

Zimmer war eine bessere Rumpelkammer mit direktem Ausblick auf Mauer. Steckdose zum Laden von PC funktionierte nicht.

駅近できれい
Pros:

ポリ袋を頂きに行くと嫌な表情せずに、丁寧に対応してくださった。また、チェックアウト時も直ぐに声かけしてくださり、手続きがスムーズだった。

Cons:

2階の部屋であったため、ゴミ収集車の音がうるさかった。

喫煙所の壁がヤニでベタベタ汚れていた。
浴槽の排水が髪の毛ですぐにつまりました。トイレの便器付け根が、男性が使用した後の様に　水滴が残ったいました。

Location is great, Hakata Station is basically just cross the street. There are also a few convenient store near the hotel. Room is very spacious and water pressure is good.
