Great location
Pros:

Excellent location, almost opposite the station. Bottled water and tea and coffee packets were replaced daily, as were towels. Bath robes were provided. Good-sized room and big comfortable bed. We were able to leave our luggage safely following Check-out so that we could enjoy our last hours in Fukuoka.

Cons:

The breakfast was fairly basic (anaemic looking sausages) and the coffee was so bad, I only drank it the first morning (of 4). We often had to wait a while for the lift, as there were only two lifts.
We would have used the restaurant the night we arrived, but it isn't open on Sunday evenings. It was also not open the following 3 evenings as there were private parties going on.

Pros:

The hotel was walking distance to the JR station and shopping centres. Lots of food options and convenience stores nearby.
The kiosks for check in and check out sped up the process.

Cons:

The vending machine, washer and dryer were in a small room on levels 5, 11 and 12 and the room felt like a suana with all the machines running.

The recommended parking by the hotel is comparatively more expensive evening with discount You can save ¥1000 for overnight parking if you are willing to park further within 5-10 mins walking distance.

很不錯的住宿體驗，非常喜歡
Pros:

飯店就在博多站外面，交通非常方便，隔壁有超商和藥妝店，附近也有餐廳，整體來說機能很好。
房間很大，兩個行李箱打開也沒問題，床鋪及浴室都很乾淨，下次還會選擇這裡。
還有飯店給的小驚喜很棒，很謝謝他們的安排：）

Pros:

하카타역에서 횡단보도만 건너면 바로 있고, 지하도로도 연결되어 위치가 참 편리함. 방 크기도 큰편이고, 음식은 깔끔함.

整體條件不錯 離車站近 房間也大
每天簡易打掃一次 每三天大整理一次
蠻乾淨的

Cons:

可惜除了大廳的休息區
飯店僅開放下午茶時段3-5點有位子可以坐
晚上回來的旅客沒有地方可以坐下來
