O prédio, assim como os quartos e banheiros são antigos, no entanto são bem cuidados. A piscina e o e o café da manhã são bons. Os funcionários são simpáticos e gentis, em especial: Anderson e Laura.

não há acessibilidade no hotel. Para acessar a recepção uma escada imensa . Em se tratando de uma cidade que recebe pessoas com mais de 60 anos, isso é péssimo e não condiz com a publicidade do hotel no site
Os quartos nào tem tomadas de 3 pinos . Isso demanda adaptadores que nem sempre estão disponíveis e ao conectar na tomada pode causar danos ao computador
