we expected better cleanliness and maintenance.

The towels and bed linens looked dirty and worn out. There was also a bad smell inside the room that made our stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness should really be improved.

Friendly staff, clean

Cons:

They don't communicate well among staff, and they do not provide proof of receipt of payment for laundry, unless you ask for it. Laundry person ends up complaining that payment was never given to him.

Also, it is very noisy outside the rooms/hallways between 10pm to 2am. Unless you let the reception know that there's disturbance outside causes by other hotel guests, they're oblivious or nobody cares. It's very difficult to sleep because of the noise. There should be a quiet time between 10pm to 7 or 8am everyday so that guests can have a restful sleep, if not have security regularly patrol the hallways for signs of disturbance/noise.

Our stay was good in some cases and unpleasant because of some defected facilities.
Pros:

The location was good to where we went. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The parking was not that easy because space was limited. We had 3 rooms and 1 room was accessible without the use of keycard, The toilet flush of the other room did not function.

Somebody knocked in our door in the middle of our sleep during the wee hour. So disturbing and we were not able to back to sleep again soundly. So bad for us😔
