HOTEL CENTRICO Y IDEAL PARA CONOCER ESTA INTERESANTE CIUDAD.
Pros:

Todo en conjunto muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de tren. Viajo a menudo a Alcalá y Madrid y siempre me alojo en este hotel. Comodidad y muy buena relación calidad-precio.

NO VOLVERÍA

Cons:

La persona que nos atendió en recepción fue bastante parca en palabras. La bienvenida resultó poco acogedora y apenas recibimos información sobre opciones turísticas en la ciudad. En relación con el parking de pago, la información fue escasa y poco clara; de hecho, se nos sugirió aparcar en la calle, lo que nos hizo pensar que el parking del hotel podría ser muy estrecho o poco accesible.

En cuanto a la habitación, el baño presentaba precintos de limpieza, pero la papelera no había sido vaciada y contenía residuos de huéspedes anteriores, lo que genera una mala impresión. Las almohadas, aunque tenían sábana, no contaban con funda protectora, mostraban bastante desgaste y desprendían un olor desagradable. Además, la cortina de la ducha estaba muy amarillenta y no transmitía sensación de higiene.

Por otro lado, el descanso fue complicado. A partir de las 8:30 de la mañana se escuchaba mucho ruido procedente del carro de limpieza, y previamente también hubo molestias por el ruido de otros huéspedes que llegaban de madrugada o salían hacia el aeropuerto con equipaje. En general, el nivel de ruido fue bastante elevado.
