Muy buena estancia
Pros:

Tener una neverita en la habitación y el trato del personal,

Cons:

El suelo crujía en ciertas zonas, la puerta no aislaba demasiado el sonido del pasillo y se escuchaban otros clientes al pasar hablando, y el garaje era un poco... Limitado a la hora de girar (por la edificación)

La atención recibida por parte de la recepcionista de la tarde y las camas, que eran muy cómodas.

Cons:

Olores en la habitación, ruidos de desagüe en el baño, persiana rota, taza de WC que se movía, grifería rota, mal estado en general.

Hotel normal bien situado
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación (muy cerca de la estación de Cercanías) y el precio; el personal de recepción me pareció muy agradable

Cons:

La habitación en general estaba limpia, pero el WC estaba sucio; una cosa me despareció pero después, habiendo hecho ya el checkout, me llamaron para decir que había aparecido
