Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the Hotel was not running at 100%. Receptionist very pleasant and professional. Taken to my fan room on 3rd floor (no lift). I noticed that the TV was not present. Asked the receptionist she stated that room never came with TV. Showed her my booking confirmation. She rung her Boss, he gave permission to upgrade me to an aircon room with TV. The hotel is old but does have character. I will book again when the Covid restrictions are lifted. Location great.

Friendly staff who are willing to help with anything you need. The place is close to lots of restaurants and a short walk to Robinson’s shopping centre.

Pros:

This is an old hotel and smelled moldy. The sheets and towels were not changed in three nights but worse was no toilet paper after first skimpy roll ran out. Centipede ran amok in shower. Poor wi-fi signal. The hotel van driver was great.

We really like the historical building and all the woodwork in the wood floors… We love the garden area… The guards in the front desk staff were wonderful… The only thing that was a real turn off was the very poor Wi-Fi…

Felt at Home with my 8 day stay

I'd like to Thank the staff from ate the Manager to Receptionist, the two guards who were helpful, the cook and ate who's signed in the kitchen, the boy cleaning my room. I was comfortable with my stay and at home. It was net St. Luke's Clinic the reason I stayed there. For sure I'll be back.
