可能因為疫情關係，早餐顯的冷清；但房間挺大的，住的還算舒適，但床頭邊沒有插座比較不方便

房間很大~~很棒

因為我們是過年期間，所以外面都是大部分店都關門，整體來說都是一個很好很大,舒服的洒店，價格還很便宜！

酒店房間舒適，前台服務員態度很，只是位置稍離市中心遠點。

Other than the in-room stay, the surrounding is not so conducive at the moment. Major road works right infront of the hotel that causes heavy traffic jam.

For the price you must not expect too high, but still was expecting a bit better based on previous reviews.
Staff, although trying their best to help, do NOT speak English (besides using a translating app)
Rooms look like those 4 and 5 starts hotels, but in details it does not reach those levels ... and it is never nice seeing many cockroaches, even if tiny ones, in your bathroom.
Worst experience is probably the breakfast, besides the almost non-existing choice for Westerners not used to local food, it is the smell coming from some bathrooms nearby that is really not acceptable ... Much room for improvement for this hotel which was described in recent reviews as newly redecorated but which does not seem so.

服務人員態度不錯，住房環境安靜，整潔度良好，唯早餐稍嫌簡單，房間浴巾好像沒有每天換新外其他都很OK，離鬧區約15分左右腳程，。

比較的最近できたホテルとのことできれいだと思ってここに宿泊しました。駅からは遠いので行動予定次第だと思います。この地域全般に言えますが往路は駅にタクシーがたくさんいて良いですが、復路はタクシーがなかなかつかまりませんので、お気を付けください。

地點還算方便,前台服務OK,但是服務人員不足,房間很大,但是房間地毯多處有小垃圾.早餐還可以,只是工作人員感冒並沒戴上口罩防護,有待改善

Hotel may be new but it is not clean. Was staying in non-smoking room on non-smoking floor but it was still smoky inside. Room also had a weird smell including sewer smell from the bathroom. Complaint to hotel reception and they inspected it and said the room smelled ok which was not the case. I said i wanted to change room and they said that since i have stayed in the room (parked my luggage and went for meeting returning in the evening). They refused to let me change room and when they finally agreed, they wanted to charge a cleaning fee before they allowed me to change room. Slept with opened window moved out of hotel first thing in the morning. Cannot get taxi and the concierge was no help whatsoever. Will not recommend this hotel.

first, only 1 receptionist can speak English, every other people can only speak Canton Chinese.
In addition, a little bit too far away from the Changping station.
To be honest, inconvenience location.
In a mean, typical Chinese style hotel, but in business field, not good.

Very big spacious room, the reception and lobby is very grand with huge aquarium and big Koi fishes.

既存の2酒店の姉妹酒店です。繁華街からは少し遠くなるが、運動にはちょうど良い程度。この街は数年前の活気も無くなり品が少し良くなた気がします、それにより宿泊費もリーズナブルになりました。何も観光が無い街なので当然と思う。ホテルはこの街はでは新しい方なので綺麗、スタッフの対応も良い。しかし何も産業の無くなったこの街でいつ迄営業が成り立つのか心配です。

以前から食事などで訪れており、大変いいホテルです。宿泊の部屋も非常に静かで綺麗で広く、ゆったりできます。対応などもしっかりしております、言葉が話せる方は何の問題もありません。現在はホテル前が工事中のため、外は少し埃っぽく、また、殺風景な一面もありますが、街の中心地なので、ショッピングできる歩行街までも、徒歩圏内ではあります。

Hardware nicely built to five star but after hotel name hasbern changed, the service level is only about 3-4stars

このエリアで比較的新しいホテルなので綺麗なのは綺麗です。ただ周辺環境に多少の難ありです。香港との直通列車駅からも多少の距離があります。その分施設レベルの割に安いという感じかと思います。

酒店是今年5月裝修後營業,房間有個消毒水還是木頭裝修味道,個人感覺不影響住宿品質,早餐品項太少,但住房價位可接受,一樓的中式餐廳水準不錯.游泳池水質及健身房都有一定水準,就附近生活機能不佳.
