I had booked a 3 night stay for my mom at this hotel using booking.com

The first room she was given had a very strong chemical smell so she couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 2 minutes.

She asked to leave the hotel with her refund but they refused and told her that they will give her the best room they had.

But to my mom’s surprise the second room was infested with roaches!!! Look at the video below!

This hotel is unsanitary, rude, and the last place you want to find yourself at night in Dubai.

If you don’t want to ruin your or your loved one’s vacation, I beg you not to waste your money and time at Zagy hotel. Go anywhere else.

You’ve been warned. If you try and get a refund from the hotel or booking.com, they will refuse.
