Really lovely staff always smiling and happy to help. Great pool area, plenty of sun-beds for everyone. Good selection at breakfast, something different to choose from every day.
Great location, a few minutes from a supermarket and not much further to the river, restaurants and bars.
It would be good if the pool was open a little earlier, 10.00 was a little late for us. Our AC was working albeit a little noisy

Things need to be improved -once done it would be a fantastic hotel:
Only two packs of 2 in 1 coffee sages - I drink black coffee so no good for me
Only one spare pillow which had to pillow case.
Bar was not stocked up so warm beer- some guests left to go to a pub to have a cold beer 😳
Guests where “told” off for eating crisps as they were not purchased from the hotel- there was no sign that this was not allowed anywhere it’s not good customer service especially as it was quite I don’t think does customer will return.
The hotels dog wasn’t looked well after as her nails are so ridiculously long that walking around didn’t look comfortable at all.
Pool needs a good clean as the tiles are filthy

Nermin and Ali are perfect hosts and their staff are superb. Nothing is a trouble. The location is perfect just on the periphery of Dalyan and only a short walk to the centre. Superb gardens with plenty of seating both in the sun and in shaded areas. Nice pool which was spotlessly clean.
Rooms are good size with a super king bed, en suite shower room and in our room a balcony overlooking the garden and the mountains beyond.
The owners and staff were informative, efficient and friendly. They gave great restaurant recommendations and even negotiated with a boat captain for a boat ride on our behalf. Room was very clean. Facilities and garden were wonderful and well-kept.
The property has been looked after well. Their garden in particular absolutely gorgeous place with stunning views and it’s run by a family whom are incredibly fantastic people and passionate to excel in customer success. I initially got the place for couple of days and extended to 5 somehow. This purely related to staff, owners Ms Nermin and Mr Ali making you feel at home. And they do this genuinely. You’d feel the positive energy by default as you enter to this property. Breakfast also fantastic. It was my daughter’s 8 years old birthday yesterday and housekeepers made her bed pretty with decoration and got a cute birthday cake too. I also had a chat with couple of other visitors yesterday, one English and a Scottish couple, they are coming here pretty much every year.
Worth to note, if you do not know the area well like I don’t, Ms Nermin and Mr Ali would recommend every single each thing through their contacts, such as rent a car in decent rate, absolutely brilliant restaurants and areas to visit. I’d return back again and stay there without doubt. Thank you for such memorable stay so far :)

location was on a road that had become a 'main road' and rooms faced onto that. Too noisy for a chill out. No main meals served.
Beautiful small family run hotel. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan. Great choice for breakfast, all very fresh. Good size pool and large garden with quiet shady corners. Hotel, pool, gardens all immaculate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant stay would highly recommend.
