Pros:

Welcoming, clean, rooms were comfortable, pillows were hard so didn’t sleep well but the bedding was clean . Excellent for Royal Albert

Charming interiors, convenient location and attentive staff made this hotel a great choice in London
Pros:

The hotel is located in a civilized, clean, and elegant neighborhood by London standards. The Gloucester Road Underground station and a Waitrose supermarket are conveniently situated just across the street, while Hyde Park and the Natural History Museum are within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Both the room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the refrigerator and the EU-standard power outlet.

Cons:

As constructive feedback, which did not affect our overall rating, we noticed that the toilet flushed somewhat weakly and the tank refilled rather slowly. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the room appeared as though it had not been cleaned for quite some time.

A hotel which is in a fantastic location but avoid the basement rooms and restaurant.
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast but ate in the restaurant for dinner. The food was good albeit quite expensive but in London that’s what you would expect.

Cons:

We were told we would have a 15% discount off of the meal which they didn’t take off the bill at first. We then had to add up our bill as it seemed a lot more than we thought and there was a £15 difference! Whether this was a genuine error I’m not sure as this was a hand written bill So we did not give a tip as they had already put that in without showing it. Waiters hung around as well when we did this which was uncomfortable. Also because if this we didn’t get the full 15% discount!
Also the room was in the basement which I wasn’t keen on but it was clean and comfortable.
