Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Çevresinde birçok görülecek yer var. Otelin çevresinde hem otobüs ile hem de metro ile ulaşım için alternatif alanlar var. Güzel yemek yerleri hemen birkaç adım ötede.
Otel odaları köhne. Yatak yanlarında prizler yok. Telefonunuzu şarj etmek için uzağa bırakmanız gerekiyor. Oda içerisinde ücretsiz su imkânı yok. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Akşamları Hint restoranı olan kısım, sabahları kahvaltı alanı oluyor. Kahvaltıda bir sabah domates ve salatalık varken, bir önceki sabah yoktu. Yumurta yok. Bizim kaldığımız zamanda sunulan küçük ekmekler çok sertti. Kruvasanlar ise taze değildi.
The hotel has a beautiful décor. It feels luxurious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Excellent location.
In my room, 104, the flat screen TV had recently been fitted to the wall but was inadvertantly covering the air con / heating control panel. So I couldn't use the unit. Luckily they had an electric heater I could use. Also, the air con unit kept making a loud noise every 30 minutes or so, which made me jump a few times.
I did mention all this to the staff. They came to look and saw that the TV had been installed in the wrong position. One staff member said that they'd give me a discount next time I stayed. (I was only there for 2 nights).

No entanto pelo valor eu não esperava um hotel tão bem administrado. Instalações perfeitas e bem mantidas, banheiro espaçoso com ótimo chuveiro (apto. 202), roupas de cama e toalhas novas e impecavelmente limpas, frigobar, cofre e ótima TV com inúmeros canais. Café da manhã continental de boa qualidade. E para completar um staff competente e muito prestativo!
Eu realmente recomendo este hotel com um custo benefício excelente!

La amabilidad de los trabajadores. Son muy serviciales y atentos. Cerca del metro. El desayuno también es bueno.
El ascensor. Lento y único para todos.

The location is very desirable, located near to the Queen's Gate, which was the main reason for my visitation but also the Underground. It made travelling to other parts of London simple and convenient.
Of the room, it was relatively spacious, enough that the 2 of us could move around without bumping into each other all the time, the wardrobe was of sufficient size to store our items.
The staff at the hotel were very charming and pleasant to speak to, making the checkout and having our luggage stored in a safe place for an hour after checkout simple enough.
For night time entertainment, there is a smart TV which allows you to Chromecast. This is the best way of streaming. The available apps such as YouTube will often buffer and not play any long video without stopping or freezing the television.
There were a few minor issues. The decor is showing its age, with the carpet being frayed in some parts, this is further emphasised by the bathroom where there were a few broken floor tiles.
In the bathroom, the shower/bath was of sufficient size but you need to be mindful to turn the tap fully in one direction to get hot water, being a few degrees out and it feels significantly colder than would be desired.
The lift available to the hotel was small and cramped, but it does the job without issue. Probably 2 average persons and their luggage max.
The heater/air conditioning unit. After a short period started creating a weird grinding sound. This was promptly switched off on the evening of day one, and never used again. For alternative heat, there was a portable heater unit in the wardrobe for usage. We found that on the 2nd day that the room got too hot. The solution was opening the window, but that exposed the room to outside noises like the underground, traffic etc. but this was not a major issue for me.
