Very goodn location. Nice staff.
No water pressure in the shower at all.
The location was awesome - just a 3 minute walk to the Gloucester Street tube station.
I like the property. But, my room was below ground level and under the kitchen. The good - the price, it was awesome. The bad - little light and some noise.
Room was at the rear of the building so was very quiet, with no road noise. Continental breakfast was included and had a very good selection of options. The food in the Indian restaurant was also very good. The hotel is very close to the tube station, so it is convenient to get anywhere in London. Hotel staff were welcoming.
For the price we paid it was good value.

Location, convenience to Gloucester Road Tube. The ladies in the breakfast room were excellent. Our room was upgraded to a large room which was great for our weeks stay. We have stayed at the Montana a number of times & always happy to return 🤗
The staff was very helpful, breakfast staff every efficient/welcoming. Great location. Very clean. Has a lift. Nice size bathroom
The room size is tiny! I’ve stayed in London many,many times and expect small rooms but this was micro. One side of the bed completely against the wall so getting up at night more difficult

Room by the busy road was very noisy throughout the night. The carpet at the side of the unit next to the wardrobe had not been cleaned. There was dirt and rubbish there.
Prime location for the museum’s and very close to the tube station. Breakfast was very satisfying
Just the lift is very small but we used the stairs most of the time so not a problem for us.

Ideally situated and although the room was fairly basic, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereal, fruit and pastries and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
