Pros:

It's pretty nice. My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise.

Other notes:
Window blinds were damaged and half-functional.
Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively.
Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six.

Pros:

The penthouse apartment is great - perfect for a long weekend or for corporate stay.

For one night, make sure you are fully aware of the process for picking up the keys (in my case from a corner shop near Reading station with no easy parking). This isn't acceptable for a premium apartment really, but the apartment itself is great.

Pros:

Excellent standard of property and enjoyable stay. Great views.
Booking process completion after initial booking over burdensome. Lots of correspondence where there didn't need to be.

Avoid at all costs!!
Pros:

Waited well over an hour for anyone to show up to let us in. Many phone calls to the company who just couldn’t reach their “24hr concierge” people.
Then an extra charge for cleaning the room!! I’m surprised they didn’t try to charge extra for the use of the beds! If the cleaning charge is mandatory why isn’t it included in the price!

Spectacular
Pros:

This apartment was perfect. It was a beautiful place to come back to at the end of our busy days. It offered privacy and a quiet peaceful setting. Especially loved the patio with sweeping views. Would stay here again and wholly recommend.
