Staff was very helpful. Hotel location was very convenient closer to central station and walking distance to tourist area, food and shopping.

Staff was friendly, but the hotel is really a glorified hostel and apartment rental. Location was ok. I wouldn't stay here again. MY expectation was different from the listing. Although it might serve others, I needed something more hotel like.
The one bedroom apartment was a lovely surprise as we had booked a studio. Was equipped with everything you need and pretty comfortable. The area directly outside is busy with bus stop and metro just along the street but for all that no real noise inside at night. Could do better with the floor cleaning was quite dusty and gritty.
Had a positive experience, room was spacious nice comfy bed , great shower didn't use the kitchenette, other than the fridge which was handy , stayed for 5 nights, good staff marseille is bit rough around the edges, but still had a enjoyable stay, would use again , would recommend.

The staff is super nice, friendly and kind. Location is great if you wanna visit the port.
Benefits: close to train station, upgraded room, cheap room
Negatives: around the hotel is not very nice, hotel needs a major refurbishment, not hot water in shower, everything just needs a really good clean.
About a 10-minute walk from the train station, though the uphill route might be a consideration for some. The room itself has a few quirks—mugs and plates are chipped, and the main area feels dim due to the lack of a central light. The toilet and shower are oddly separated, with one positioned near the entrance and the other tucked inside the room, which may feel unconventional.

Great food and place to stay.
Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Amenities included fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and stove. The building itself was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and could give recommendations when asked. My only negative would be that the hotel is located 5 to 10 minutes north of a lot of the central attractions

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room perfect for a family stay. Good location for the port and central city. Good local food nearby.
The people were great but our room had a bad smell, obvious every time we entered it. The manager responded to our complaint, but couldn’t fix the issue- the airfreshner help. The manager also got the floor washed after we complained that it was dirty. So the response was good but shouldn’t be needed.
