Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.
When we tried to call the front desk to book a room, no one answered the first few times. The outdoor chairs were unstable and falling apart. We enjoyed sitting outside at night, but of the 8 chairs, only a couple were stable enough to use. We reported this to the front desk twice.
Great location - access to river walk, restaurants, easy access to to major roads in and out.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. We have stayed La Quinta hotels before and this was the best.

It was not far from anything, pools were good and food for breakfast for good
Everybody was waiting to wash clothes since we were all waiting on one washer bc the other one was out, our room didn’t have a refrigerator, and not many items to select from at the snack bar by reception.
Team members were very nice and accommodating.
Our room was above the main doors and it sounded like thunder staring around 5am.. til we checked out. 😞 We even cancelled outdoor activities thinking it was going to be rained out only to find out the sound was from the sliding doors below us.. rumbling sounds til we checked out.
The hotel was very nice. We had a king deluxe room. The walk in shower and couch sitting area were great. They also had washers and dryers on the floor.

Location-little difficult to get to from downtown Durango. Not walking distance to Main Ave, Durango
Good location, recommend staying at the Marriott next door
