It was quite and the room was clean.
Pros:

the bed and linen were fine.
Pros:

The hotel is in the process fixing broken items. In our room, the sink handle was broken, the shower pipe was pulled out of the wall, the toilet needs a new flush valve, a new flapper valve and a new toilet seat. The bathroom door paint has peeled off. The room was large with a king bed. The room had one chair that worked, one small chair that was broken and no couch or place for baggage.

Cons:

No room service, no service staff, person at desk did not help at all. No manager on duty all week end. Front desk clerks were not trained on room cleaning services. The notice posted on the bathroom mirror instructed us to remove the Do not Disturb sign if we wanted room service. We did this when we left for a long day. Returned hot, tired, & dirty, to a room that had not been cleaned. No fresh towels, no trash cans emptied, etc.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was fresh. Staff were really friendly and kind. It is just a few minutes drive from downtown Durango.

Cons:

We arrived at the property at 2:17p.m. There was no one at the desk. We waited, the clerks came out @ 2:28 and told us we would have to pay an additional $25.00 for early check in, check in is at 3. I asked if the fee could be waived, we have been traveling all day. It was a no. We sat in our car for 25 minutes til 3 to check in. I’ve stayed in many establishments over my 75 year, and never came across this treatment until your establishment
The property was clean
The location is good
We expected a night’s sleep and received that
But my welcome to your establishment will definitely make me think twice before booking again. It was not worth $229.00. BTW I’ve never written a poor review.

Disappointing
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Shower leaked onto the floor, toilet seat was cracked on one side and pinched my butt, and was very overpriced for the condition the room was in. Staff cleaned the pool and didn’t know how to condition the water and pool had to be closed because of it. I chose the hotel to use the pool and hot tub.

It was OK. Clean
Pros:

The location was good. the rooms were clean. the receptionist was nice and very busy.

Cons:

The phone did not work in the room. We asked to have our room cleaned and it did not get cleaned. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order.

It was fine- not great.
Pros:

That it was pet friendly and location was ideal very close to town and the walking path across the street was great for having a dog

Cons:

There were no carrier carts to haul luggage and items took over 1.5 hours to haul everything in and out each time. Some staff were friendly others were not - the drapes were not even fully hanging on the windows and dangling part off

My stay was relaxing and very comfortable.

The staff upon check in were great. Which made me confident that I was staying in an awesome place. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
