Compliments to the team at the Park Hyatt Hangzhou for our perfect stay. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and were blown away by the thoughtful attention to detail, including a lovely bouquet and room decoration to surprise him. We will definitely be staying at the Park Hyatt when we revisit Hangzhou.

Quite and big room with excellent facilities. Sparkling clean room with great service all round the hotel. Great location with good subway connection to all parts of the city. Nice bar with good and entertaining musicians. Good class hotel.

Very new and room is big. Suitable for putting extra bed right next to us for our young child.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic, beautifull restaurant and good food.
The bar in the evening and night is very fashion, with a roof top terrace and singers, good place!

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the hotel is a hugh mall and a street lined with interesting modern bars and eateries. Furthermore, t hese conveniences did not affect the seclusion nor security of the hotel. The room is apacious and clean. Breakfast is top notch, the varieties of food are abundant, can easily satisfy Western and Asian palates. Service in dining areas and in general was realley good. A very pleasant stay for our group. A special mention of Uki, one of the waitresses, she was helpful, prompt and professional.

The staff at swimming pool who was lighting the candle around the pool was very poor attitude. She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. I did not expect such level of service at park hyatt at all.

It was a pleasant to stay, unfortunately to short, I will come back to have this great experience, beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Dinner was nice and the rooftop bar was great, even on the Monday evening, party vibe, good dj, great view, nice spa,

This to me is another problematic Hyatt hotel in China - they have sold all standard suites to a maternity hospital so Globalists are not able to apply TSUs to get an upgrade to a suite in advance if available (because they are never available) or a standard suite upgrade upon arrival if available (because they are never available). It's not right that local Hyatt members are never able to get the full benefits they are entitled to.

This is too bad because I like the location of this property. It's right in the center for business and beautiful. Staff are also professional and friendly. Every time I've dealt with a staff member has been professional and up to Park Hyatt standards.

But I won't book here because I feel like they play games by never offering standard suites through the Hyatt app for loyal guests. It makes me wonder why I should be loyal to Hyatt if properties like this don't offer the full range of benefits.

Globalists and loyal Hyatt members should stay away and vote with their wallets by staying at Grand Hyatt or othrr properties like the Shangri La or Marriotts.

The variety of food is very rich, fresh and many different choices, restaurants also have good views also!

The perfect place in Hangzhou. Unique and with High standards. The real value is also the hotel staff.
At the 48th floor one of the best bar in the world with professional players for a world class music. One of the best Chinese restaurant in the town.

The hotel is 15 minute away from the train station and very conveniently located next to plenty of shopping malls and restaurants.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff were professional. My room was very clean and spacious. The view was also very nice overlooking the Qiantang River.

A special thanks goes to Xavier from Concierge, who very thoughtfully emailed me before my arrival asking for my needs.

Overall a very pleasant experience and definitely looking forward to staying here again.
