Friendly staff at the pool.
Pros:

It’s no secret that I love Tivano Italian Michelin restaurant in the Upper House Chengdu.

The chef’s special Zappa di Funghi mushroom soup and the vibrant acidity tomato flavor in the ricotta dish were both an absolute master piece. Every single bite was a delight. Kids love the steak and the truffle kissed mashed potato.

Landon, Nina, and CESC were fantastic.
They were incredibly welcoming, kept our drinks filled and anticipated our every need.

Stunning contemporary and traditional design. Exceptional service levels in the best location.
Pros:

An amazing suite in the best possible location. Staff all exceptional with great tips for nightlife and coolest bars.

Cons:

The rooms are amazingly stylish but the darkness makes getting ready harder for over 40s. Breakfast was well behind the best we experienced in China.

I strongly recommend this hotel for foreigners because they have quite a few English-speaking staff
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, The buffet spread was already very good but we were given an additional list of dishes that we could select from. I don't think anyone could ask for a better breakfast.

Cons:

I think there should be better directions and more signage. we had difficulty finding the Lobby when we first arrived.

A wow experience!
Pros:

The hotel is located in the best part of the city center and surrounded by shops, restaurants and for every taste and wallet imaginable; the hotel has it all; our room was specious, well-designed for a family of four, with large balcony and high end amenities. The client experience here is above all- exceptional. Our personal Butler Christin took care of every single wish or question. The ability to execute complex requests and bookings- best I have seen in my experience.

Я останавливалась в отеле на 2 ночи. Расположение отличное в центре города и рядом улица со всеми известными бутиками. Номер по размеру большой и стильный. Комфортная огромная кровать, шикарное постельное белье и одеяло. Ванная комната и коридор выполнены в темных тонах. На Завтраке можно посидеть на улице во внутреннем дворике. Завтрак вкусный, все продукты свежие и отличного качества. Есть разные виды кухни. При отеле я ходила на Спа на два часа массажа. Он великолепный! Рекомендую! В отеле есть итальянский ресторан с чудесным тирамису и моцарелла с томатами. Пицца меня не воодушевила. Персонал отличный, внимательный и помогает в случае проблем. Я не сразу смогла оплатить за отель, у меня оказался лимит на карте моего банка и они мне пошли на встречу взяв депозит в долларах и остаток я оплатила картой на следующий день. Рекомендую этот отель для отдыха новым гостям!

Хотелось бы завтрак до позднего времени 12 часов дня.

Room is not clean enough. I am sensitive and I have nose allergy immediately when I entered the room. Very noisy as well at 8:30 sharp with loads of construction work nearby . Windows aren’t sound proof enough . Cant sleep properly

Beautiful property with service
Pros:

Excellent service. The staff was very helpful with returning key from my previous hotel that was 4.5 hr.away. The property is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location. Breakfast offering is fantastic.
And also we were upgraded to a bigger room with much nicer view.

Cons:

I don’t particularly like the lighting arrangement in the room. It’s a bit tricky to figure out where the switches are, and for which spots. The toilet stall is very dark and it’s quite impossible to go at night without waking the other person. Also it would be much more practical if the toilet is a Japanese type, or at least a install a sink in the stall.
