Toller Aufenthalt direkt an der Elbe mit historischem Flair
Pros:

Man merkt, dass das Hotel von jemandem geführt wird, dem Details wichtig sind. Sehr gute Organisation und höfliches Personal. Alles super gepflegt.

Wunderschöne, stilvolle Unterkunft mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Elbe, besonders von der Gartenterrasse.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist zwar auch sehr stilvoll, das Essen hat aber noch reichlich Luft nach oben.

Excellent. Now if they could somehow move this hotel to within half an hour of the Sachsenring it would be perfect!
Pros:

Beautiful location, views and access to the old town with some great restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Amazingly helpful staff and a personalized “reserved parking” sign! Also, one night in the majesty of this genuine 17th century castle was 30% cheaper than a night in a bed-bug ridden box-room hole in Chemnitz.

Cons:

Eerrrrm… nothing? Minor quibbles - steak ordered medium rare in restaurant was delivered medium/well. And that’s really deep diving into recollections of anything that was not fantastic.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Elbe, klimatisiert.
Frau Busse hat als Gastgeberin für jeden Gast ein paar herzliche Worte. Diese Herzlichkeit überträgt sich auf ihre Mitarbeiter. Alle Personen im Service sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Das reichhaltige Frühstück hält für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit!
Wir haben abends im Restaurant gegessen, sehr ansprechend und lecker!
Gern wieder!

Wunderbares Hotel in toller Lage, es passt wirklich alles, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Frühstück exzellent, tolles Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse, Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit viel Komfort, wir hatten halt Pech mit der Aircondition

Tolle Lage, sehr schöner indoor Pool, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Wir waren an einem der wärmsten Tage in Tangermünde (39 Grad!) und hatten vorher schon nach dem Vorhandensein einer Klimaanlage gefragt. Der freundliche Herr am Telefon hatte das auch bestätigt. Dort angekommen, sehr freundlich empfangen, war bei einem ersten Check wohl auch alles bestens. Als wir aber nach einem Restaurantbesuch beschlossen schlafen zu gehen, so gegen 23:00 Uhr, wollte die Klimaanlage so rein garnicht kühlen. Ein Anruf bei der Rezeption brachte nichts, sie war scheinbar unbesetzt. Wir haben alles versucht, das Internet befragt, die Bedienungsanleitung im Netz gefunden, die Hinweise im Zimmerdokument befolgt - nichts half. Wir hatten also eine sehr warme Nacht. Das kann alles passieren, wir sind da nicht kleinlich, aber als wir am darauffolgenden Morgen auscheckten und den Missstand an der Rezeption benannt haben, wurde lediglich bemerkt, da wird man gleich mal den Hausmeister hinschicken. Bei einem Hotel mit diesem Anspruch, hätten wir doch ein Entgegenkommen erwartet. So etwas, wie einen Gutschein, eine teilweise Erstattung oder ein kostenfreies Frühstück wäre schön gewesen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte offensichtlich hier keine Ambitionen. Ansonsten hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Stadt und geben diesen vorgenannten Hinweis gern an das Hotel weiter, einfach, um sich noch besser um die Gäste kümmern zu können und nicht durch solche Dinge an Reputation zu verlieren.

Perfekter Kurztripp für Reiselustige mit Anspruch und Stil
Pros:

Sehr angenehm auf gleich drei verschiedenen Terassen sitzen zu können, sowohl beim Abendessen, beim Frühstücken, aber auch zum Chillen- mit Blick auf die Elbe und den Park.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und geschmackvoll, das Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein, lässt ungezwungen entspannen…

Charming Castle Hotel with Excellent Dining
Pros:

This is a very cozy and charming small hotel located in a castle, offering a unique and authentic atmosphere. Both the hotel and the rooms are furnished in a classic style that perfectly matches the castle setting and character. The dinners were absolutely excellent and one of the highlights of the stay.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could be more extensive. It would be great to have some à la carte options, such as Eggs Benedict, pancakes, or other freshly prepared breakfast dishes.

The rooms have a somewhat distinctive smell that may not appeal to all guests. In addition, the bathrooms would benefit from renovation. The current plastic shower cabins feel outdated and could be replaced with more modern solutions that still preserve the property's classic and historic character.
