Really nice hotel. A little frustration was to have the WiFi switched off as soon as room key was handed over.
Didn’t have breakfast.

Kämmen um 12 Uhr, um 14 Uhr Zimmer war immer noch nicht fertig. Mit etwas Druck haben wir eine Zimmer bekommen. Um 16 Uhr dann umgezogen in gebuchten zwei Zimmer Apartment. Speisesaal ist nicht Behinderten geeignet , Treppe keine Aufzug!

Every day has construction. No solution from FO staff and they asked me to understand. Are you kidding me? I paid for room not for sympathy. They hang up my phone without notice as well. I booked via agency, if I have a chance, I wish I will never come back.

Very cozy stay, bit dated but very much function big room size, nice bathroom and just opposite to Opera, take public bus (12) from very close street for Mededu, and Kok tobe, so three great attraction are very much reachable from this Hotel.

We reached to Hotel middle in the night, and they accommodated us by charging 50% one night charges. Hotel is value for money, Chef at restaurant during breakfast is very much accommodative and arrange something for us as we are strictly vegetarian. overall we enjoyed our stay

The Property is good and location in the main attraction.
You can eat Indian food at Spice Mantra which is 15 min walk from the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The superior twin room I stayed in was really spacious, clean and everything is working perfectly. View from the balcony is amazing.

Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. Location is top notch, right in the centre of the city. Good selection of restaurants nearby and also walking distance to the metro.

Highly recommended.

Pretty underwhelming stay. Staff is generally indifferent. Not the friendliest place. Request to address issues like broken hair dryer were taken but then simply ignored. Soap and shampoo dispensers weren't filled. Breakfast is ok with limited selections, 7am weekdays and 8am on weekends is a little late if you have early plans.

Don't stay here. Appalling customer service. Constant building work and zero customer service. Pneumatic drills right above and next to our room. No apology, no attempt to rectify. Awful. Just awful. Do not stay here.

Nice Hotel in the city centre. Amazing view of the mountains. Clean and big rooms. Huge shower. Gentle Staff.

I was asked to leave the room I booked. Reception managers definitely do not know their job. I was asked to leave the room I had booked and they told a lot of lies so that I wouldn't go back to my room. I checked out and left. Terrible

Dear all, I hate to say this because Almaty is my hometown, but this was the worst experience out of all hotel booking.

Not only the room was not tidy and not very clean, but in the morning at 8:30 AM housekeeping lady entered our room despite the do not disturb sign on the door, she didn’t knock but just entered our room while we were sleeping and there was a man working in together with her. After I intervened she left the room apologizing for disturbing us.

Approximately in one hour she entered our room again this time with another man behind her. After that we couldn’t sleep anymore we dressed and went down to the reception to complain on the housekeeping and to understand what is going on.

Neither the guys at the reception nor their manager and housekeeping service manager could give us any type of logical and proper explanation on what was that and why their housekeeping worker entered our room twice, what they were looking for and what was the purpose of disturbing us. I personally think this hotel should be undergoing a thorough expertise on hotel management and quality of service.

Bright and airy, huge bed, clean sheets and amenities with lots of options for food just next door.

We stayed for 4 days 08/4/till 11/04. The hotel is centrally located next to the opera and walking distance to everywhere, lot of restaurants and the metro station. The highlight was the view to the mountains so beautiful! Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful ( Special thanks for Mr. Iliyas ), top class breakfast. Over all had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

An iconic hotel, grand and impressive. Beautiful ambience, great location, top class breakfast spread, high speed WiFi and helpful staff. Though, I arrived one day late to the hotel, the receptionist was kind to provide me room that with an upgrade. The view of snow clad mountains from my balcony was scintillating. I arrived late night, but I could get something to eat, thanks to the intervention of Lady Manager. I also got sumptuous packed breakfast as I left the hotel for a day trip quite early in the morning. The restaurant is pretty good,though a bit over crowded during breakfast. A must stay to enjoy the hospitality of this great country and people.

Front office team member at the check-in time never showed a smiling face. her name is T********. where is hospitaly? she didn't even get my signature for the Register card. I asked her what have for dinner and she replied in a rude answer. she did not explain anything about the hotel, only the room number and how to connect to the internet. where is lift?? she did not share . I passed this one has pee stains under the toilet in your room. You should also change your toilet brushes urgently. they are in terrible condition. Now how can I not give you a low score? Hospitaly is really bad. unfourtanetly, i wii not come again.
