good room overall. had struggle at first with adjusting the aircon settings (because iy doesn't initially work) but was all good

security deposit was required for an inexpensive accommodation,

Overpriced and rundown.
Pros:

It was available with no notice.

Cons:

No shower curtain, no toiletries, tattered towels. Music in the alleyway was constant. They kept most of my deposit stating a towel was “stained”. I looked at it later. It was dirt from my slippers. Not stain. They put water bottles in the room and charge on checkout.

Pros:

I book the matrimonial deluxe suite and it was a small little stuffy room that i really could never stay in. I upgraded to a suite and it was much more spacious and they came in and gave it a good cleaning for me. I stayed an extra three nights at total of five because the location was central in dumaguete.
No opening windows to the outside and i had a hard time getting fresh air.
Not a bad place but maybe 5 days was too much.

Cons:

No window to the outside which may getting fresh air difficult
