Hotel exceptionnel
Pros:

Le fort, monument extraordinaire dans lequel se situe l’hôtel. La décoration des chambres incroyable. La piscine très agréable et la magnifique vue sur la campagne environnante.

Pros:

Hotel héritage dans un joli fort
Excellent petit déjeuner
Restaurant a la carte correct

Cons:

Jolie décoration pour la chambre mais les équipements sont obsolètes. La chasse d'eau de nos toilettes était en panne et ils ont proposé une autre chambre mais qui était beaucoup moins jolie. J'ai donc refusé le changement et utilisé les toilettes en versant de l'eau avec la poubelle de la chambre SUPER POUR UN HOTEL A PLUS DE 100€ LA NUIT!

De plus l'hôtel était en travaux la piscine était défigurée par un terrasse en remplacement et l'ajout d'un bâtiment supplémentaire. L'hôtel savait parfaitement qu'ils seraient en travaux et ne nous ont pas prévenus.
Pour dédommagement on nous a fait cadeau d'un déjeuner!
J'ai dormi dans d'autres hôtels de type héritage qui sont vraiment mieux et souvent moins chers.

Dommage l’endroit aurait pu être super, l’hôtel n’a pas jugé bon de nous avertir des travaux en cours avant notre arrivé

D’importants travaux étaient en cours avec perceuse et disqueuse toute la nuit, il a fallu monter à 3 heures du matin pour exiger qu’ils arrêtent

Pros:

Frühstück wurde frisch gemacht, hat sehr gut geschmeckt alles. LAge war sehr schön, viele kleine private Terrassen mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Rezeptionist Ram hat uns sehr geholfen, eine Sehenswürdigkeit zu finden, von der ich nur ein Foto, aber keinen Namen hatte. DAnke dafür! Es war sehr beeindruckend.

Cons:

Wir sind nachmittags angekommen und die Speisenauswahl war sehr begrenzt.

Relaxing & Rejuvenating
Pros:

The property was accessible and within 2 hours or so from Gurgaon. That was a huge plus. The staff was courteous and helpful. The Spa team was EXCELLENT. Food was good too and everyone was most accomodating and intent on making our stay comfortable.

Cons:

Its a small property and very little to do outside of it unless one undertakes a car ride an hour or so away - then there are a few places of interest.

Absolute gem of a property!
Pros:

Gorgeous property, which has managed to balance the essence of a fort with the comforts of a modern hotel and facilities. Staff are exceptional warm and hospitable. The food is delicious, with a great mix of local dishes and sufficient other options of other Indian and international cuisines, to ensure there is definitely something for all palates (young kids, senior adults, those who prefer less spice, etc.). I enjoyed the authentically made rotis and a local chutney!

Excellent and very relaxing.
Pros:

Place is amazing. Neemrana foundation has done such a good job preserving some of these forts without taking away the originality of the old fort style.
Rooms are lovely very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff was all smiling and helpful. we will definitely be going there again as we found the place so relaxing.

Cons:

More Appetizer / small bite section for Ala carte menu at dinner time. As that will help those Guest who like small bites instead of ordering full course style . However whatever was prepared was delicious. ( We had amazing Grilled Veggies and portion was large)

Great experience in an authentic fort.
Pros:

You will stay in an authentic fort, converted into a charming hotel. The service is outstanding, as the food, and the place has many amenities. The pool is also very enjoyable.

Cons:

Our room was a bit small but mostly due to the historical caracteristics of the place.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff was kind. The dinner buffet was delicious local food.

Cons:

The pictures of this property are highly misleading . Online it looks like an extensive fort palace in the hills. In real life it is a small property in a random agrarian town. I paid 200$ for the room thinking I was treating myself and my friend to a castle and now, after traveling in India, I know that the room was worth 50$. It was no where near worth what I paid.

I Went again only cause the trip a decade ago was so memorable.
Pros:

Friendly courteous staff and decent food!

Cons:

Nothing much …the property as it was years back has lost its charm due to over commercialisation. Addition of more rooms has just added too much crowd then the fort can hold comfortably . The heritage aspect has been diluted and it doesnt seem like an exotic getaway anymore .The only thing possibly holding it together is the army of courteous ,ever helpful staff.
