Bad experience
Staff on reception
. complained five times there was no tv . The first young man said to me on three occasion he was coming to fix the tv and never came.
i then toll him we were going out and he said he would fix the tv before we arrived back and he did not fix the tv. at 9-30 pm we asked another person on reception to fix the tv and he said i will be there in ten minutes and did not come. I went back down stairs and asked again and he was rude and to busy so we had no tv .
Nothing dirty
Dirty had to ask for change of towels quilt cover coming apart D J preferred to sit on the prom or play the one rm bandit foo was cold
The food was lovely and there was parking right outside of the front of the hotel and it was close to a tram stop too. The staff were also very friendly. Our room was also nice and spacious.
My room had some sort of bugs in the bed, im unsure if this was because the window was open or not but they were all over the pillows on the bed, there was also dirt under the stool at the vanity desk that had been missed by the hoover and the bed was 2 beds pushed together to make it seem like a king size but the mattresses didnt line up so there was a lump in the middle of the bed. The other room we had booked for my cousin had mold in the shower grout. The lift was very small and there was only one which was ok at night but during the day you could spend a while waiting on it and the stairs were not very well sign posted because of the lay out of the hotel every corridor and staircase seemed to lead to a room so we didn't realise there were stairs leading to reception until we had a little wonder around.
Room was clean on arrival
No service to rooms in 4 days

Had to ask for replenishment every day ! Finished up buying our own
Came back one night front door locked we could not get in ! Took 15 mins. Then answered by rude young man with pocked crater face and big hips, he said it was hotel policy rude and muttering under his breath, not acceptable Ms Walsh you need to get your act together front entrance is filthy and a disgrace, seperate charge for parking which is not guaranteed if you move your car. Lift one only for 65 rooms and its tiny !!
