Disappointed
Pros:

Location was fine just very disappointed with hotel facilities

Cons:

No towels in bedroom and still didn't get any even though requested. Shower head looked really grubby, picture included. No teaspoons provided for making a brew. TV not working. Black bits on sheet when going to bed that I had to brush off picture included.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Clean friendly and Martin on reception was lovely as well. All the food was out of his world big thank you to Ian who was in the restaurant really friendly and outgoing. Yes, we’ve booked again for June so we’ll see you all soon.

Superb stay
Pros:

Had a pleasant day Nathan was really friendly on checking. The room was lovely and warm and spacious would either recommend. I’m looking forward to stopping again very soon.

The stay was made great as the staff could not do enough for you, so pleasant and a great stay
Pros:

Food was great and so well prepared and very clean.

Cons:

Parking @ £10 per night but if you go out for the day in your car then you have lost your place to park and the desk advise not to move my car so as to keep my place. I was not very happy as my friend was disabled and I wanted to take him places so that he had not far to walk and this cost me more in taxies.

Cons:

Very small room very small bathroom couldn't sit on toilet properly it was that small. Advertised as having entertainment and was no such thing that was the only reason I booked
