We loved it
Pros:

We had bed breakfast evening meal food was fantastic both buffet style couldn't fault it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tram stop outside. It was value for money and will stay there again

We turned up at the hotel early and the man on the reception desk gave us 2 x parking vouchers and stated we could not check in until 3pm. We went into the centre and returned at 3pm to check in. When we enquired about an evening meal we were told it was too late to order and only 4 people had asked so no meals were prepared. Our room was unclean in the bathroom. There was dirt on the floor and around the shower drainage system there was unwanted creatures crawling around. When I requested someone to clean the room the man stated he was on his own and could not leave the front desk. My concern at this point was for my relatives who came from America to show his family where he enjoyed his holidays when he was younger but luckily their rooms were fine. The man on the front desk asked if we would like a different room but would be on a different floor but that did not matter to us so at 730pm we changed room. This room was a lot better but had no towels

The staff were lovely. The food was nice.

Cons:

There was no towels in the room. It was shabby. Curtains hanging off their hooks, ill fitting carpets. Cold room, dirty windows and all in all not very clean 😕

All in all, my stay was good, and value for the cost I paid.
Pros:

The hotel provided a reasonable, but very small room, however the price I paid which included a breakfast was very reasonable.

Cons:

I was unable to locate the dining room for breakfast. It transpired the room was on the first floor but I did not see any information to assist. Can I suggest that glasses are provided for the use of residents wishing to partake in the fruit juices provided during breakfast.

Great value for money and an enjoyable trip
Pros:

I did not have any meals at the hotel - l have stayed before and knew what to expect. Staff were lovely and you are made to feel welcome.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong weather could have been better on Thursday

Had a really enjoyable stay. Food was good but choice was a bit limited.

Both rooms were disgusting,
On arrival to our room there were empty plates and drink glasses outside the door
Our room was not clean, the toilet was not clean and the carpet had bits all over it.
The toilet in the second room was also in a disgusting state.
We booked two rooms at the nearby Travelodge and handed the keys back and left

Ruined through smell and fumes of someone smoking canabis
Cons:

Holiday ruined as hotel was stinking of canabis fumes i only booked because it was no smoking as I have just had major surgery to remove half my lung through cancer and the last thing I needed was to be inhaling fumes of drugs I will never book at this hotel again I tried to report twice but there was nobody on reception

Didn’t stay in the end over the smell of dogs
Pros:

We didn’t stay the night in the end, room smelt like animals it wasn’t for us. We arrived at3 and checked out at 6.30
