Good location. Easy check in
Pros:

Easy check in and check out. Staff were friendly. Aircon and fridge worked well. Bed was comfortable. Was a nice walk to Petrona’s towers.

Cons:

For me, my particular room was right near the busy road so was noisy for me. Next time I would ask for a room away from the road.

The property is very poorly maintain

Cons:

Toilet and the room smelt. Toilet is not clean, smell urine. Bed is not hotel grade bed. Still can hear the road side traffic at night during sleep, sound proof not good.

Only Good If You're Desperate Enough
Pros:

Location is pretty good. Lots of eating options available nearby - which is important because this hotel doesn't have its own cafe/restaurant. LRT station is within reasonable walking distance.

Cons:

The bathroom is not clean. Didn't check thoroughly the room but on the surface it looks clean. The lift, as pointed out by other commenters, has a faulty display so you'll need to guess at which floor it is currently on. The parking space is tiny and very tight - if you're driving to this hotel, make sure the car is minuscule. The provided bath gel and shampoo comes in a tiny container and it hardly foams. Better bring your own. Toothbrush and toothpaste is not provided.

horrible with nonsense incompetent staffs

Cons:

extremely bad experience, dirty toilet, dysfunctional room, staffs trying to scam me more money, keep changing rates, and denied it after being confronted.
keep on discussing how much they should scam me for in hindi infront of me. hire a someone who can at least speak in english properly, this is not india, hindi is not the national language here in the country of malaysia.
no courtesy, new staffs arent properly trained even basic manners. they should be fired. staff misled me to back alley and left me outside in the dark with no acknowledgment at all. this hotel has potential to be a good hotel but its run by incompetent and rude staffs.
