Cons:

The air in the room ran constantly , i told staff they said they will check it , i returned hours later and staff said maintenance checked it and was fine , nope still ran that night also

Clean and quiet stay that is budget friendly.
Pros:

The location was easy to access, near restaurants and stores, and very clean. I came up for an appointment at the Cleveland clinic so I was a little stressed, I requested a quiet area of the hotel and they were very receptive. The hotel was very quiet, had a little desk area for me to do my homework, and everything was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking. Limited options of instant eggs, sausage, cereal/bread/oatmeal/waffles. Not many healthy options. Coffee was basic drip brew but tolerable for a self confessed coffee snob!

Pros:

We were supposed to have a handicap accessible room. It was on the 3rd floor. Had bars by the toilet and in the tub but not convenient for a wheelchair. Stayed 2 nights and they didn’t even make the beds.
