Call for requests.. email didn't work
Pros:

Staff is excellent! Breakfast was much better than I had expected. Quiet and comfortable room.

Cons:

Requests for adjoining or nearby rooms was ignored which caused difficulty at check in. Manager managed to get us semi close but one room appeared to be used by staff and not completely clean. Toilet seat was up. Coffee missing and a used coffee bag still in machine. TV not working due to someone attaching a Roku stick and unplugging the cable. Traveling with elderly mom we were not early out of room, so never did get rooms cleaned. Had to ask front desk for towels and TP. It was always before 11am so I was surprised by that. Despite these difficulties, I will stay again at this property if traveling to visit family in Medina.

The air in the room ran constantly , i told staff they said they will check it , i returned hours later and staff said maintenance checked it and was fine , nope still ran that night also
