Very clean hotel and employees were super nice
Pros:

We could walk to most places

Cons:

The room was reserved for 4 people and there were not enough towels, coffee or cups for 4 people the pillows were not very plump and the bedding seemed a little shrunken for a queen bed

would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends.

all of the staff was amazing. helpful and friendly

Cons:

The valet moved my vehicle from it's original parking spot when I was told it would stay where it was parked to a lot next to the building. I was there for 4 days and told the valet I would need to gain entry and was assured it would be where they parked it. ONce a vehicle is parked, it should STAY in is original spot. When I came out to gain entry to my vehicle I was unable to find it and the lot attendant was not available. The clerk refunded my charges, but there is absolutely NO REASON to move a parked vehicle, especially off site. it was late and not exactly safe for me to have to walk a block to find my vehicle

Location, comfort. The staff were friendly. Losi in particular was excellent, going out of her way to help us with an issue we had unrelated to the hotel

The lights over the bed look good, but they are terrible if youre actually in the bed. I wouldnt have even thought to list that as a negative if you wouldnt have asked. Overall it was a great experience and will be back.

Great spot, disappointing booking experience.
Pros:

Location, breakfast option.

Cons:

It seems Booking.com was able to allow me to book a room to accommodate six people which is not the case. Despite lovely staff member finding an extra room for us it wasn’t what I had booked and ended up being out of pocket more $$.
