A highlight of our trip.
Pros:

This hotel and our stay was a complete vibe. From letting us into our room several hours early without even asking (we just asked to leave our luggage), to offering us a free breakfast same day as well as staff who couldn’t do enough for you, super comfy beds, great facilities, so close to the Stock Yards, friendly and happy guests and general politeness all round. Loved it here.

So many negatives, and soooo expensive.
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend. We were in town for a concert. I chose this hotel due to its location. I was fully aware of the price and the parking situation (website stated onsite paid parking). The cost was just under $900 for two nights in a “king suite”. When we arrived it was valet parking only which is absolutely not necessary. The valet took my car and drove a few yards and parked right across from where you enter the hotel. I feel this is a money grab.
Then we got a room that was facing the side street. The street noise all night was ridiculously loud. The windows are cheap single pane windows so they do nothing to help. The room was so cramped it was not even comfortable for two people. It is so small that the bed only fits one way and the tv is on a side wall. Not really conducive for laying in bed and watching television.
Also, do not expect ANYTHING complimentary here. No breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby.
Side note: after I paid for my $9.00 latte at Starbucks, I went out to the patio and could not get back in because my key card did not work. Someone had to let me in.
I do not understand why anyone would choose to stay here. I have never been in a hotel that does not have at least black coffee out for guests.
