The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I called ahead because our flight got cancelled and we would not arrive the day we were supposed to. You would not reduce our stay by one night. Ended up arriving at 4:30 in the morning on day 2 and check out was noon. So you received two nights stay ($500) for us staying there less than 8 hours. Also, the toilet had troubles flushing which at 4:30 am after a long day of trying to travel to Washington just added to our exhaustion and frustration.

Pros:

Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine waren auch vorhanden. In 10 min mit dem Auto konnte man den Capitol Campus mit tollen Park- und Gartenanlagen erreichen.

This will be our go-to hotel when we visit Olympia again!
Pros:

The property was in a great location for us. We were only a few minutes drive from the Capitol, downtown, the Farmer’s Market and the waterfront.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything my husband and I didn’t like about the property. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Our King room was spacious with lots of outlets for electronics, and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the large shower was great. We also liked the restaurant layout right next to the lobby, and the food was very good. Kudos to the chef(s)! And we especially enjoyed the large outdoor seating area where we’d sit with a glass of wine and our dog in the late afternoon.

Terrible experience
Pros:

I booked a room at the Hilton Garden Inn Olympia for my grandmother for my brothers wedding in town, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. My reservation was confirmed, and my credit card had already been charged for the room. However, when my grandmother arrived to check in, she was told that my card had been “declined” and was required to pay for the room herself.

When I called the hotel, they quickly admitted, “Oh yeah, you’re right, it was confirmed,” acknowledging that my reservation and payment were valid. Despite that, we have still not been reimbursed for being charged twice for the same room. It’s unacceptable that this hasn’t been resolved.

To make matters worse, my booking specifically stated that breakfast was included, yet my grandmother was charged an additional $20 for what was supposed to be an included breakfast.

Between the duplicate room charge, the incorrect breakfast charge, and the lack of assistance in fixing either issue, this experience was extremely disappointing. It felt like we were taken advantage of, and we’ve received little to no help in getting these errors corrected. I expected much better customer service from a Hilton property and would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

Pros:

Location was perfect for our softball tourney at Yauger Park, couldn't hear the highway in our room but they provide ear plugs if you need.

Cons:

Pillows were really flat and not comfortable, toilet was hard to flush we felt like we were going to break the handle. Bar service took a long time one girl was doing everything by herself including room service, but food and drinks were great.
