Will not be staying again due to the bed situation.
Pros:

Location was good, the staff were all very friendly, the breakfast staff was helpful and kind.

Cons:

The beds were an absolute nightmare! I’ve never slept on something like this in my life. The mattress needed replaced in room 417. If you sit on the bed it is lumpy and half the side is collapsing. You constantly fall into the middle it was simply a disaster. You could see the issue with the bed from the doorway. When you go to a hotel the main reason is to rest and this didn’t happen. The wallpaper was falling off the wall in the suite.

The location

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that when I purchased online it said no pets allowed. When we got to the elevator a man with a big dog was getting off. The dog did not have a service dog vest on. The bed was not comfortable. Will likely pass over Fairfield next time we are in town. Cost too much for too little!

A rock solid A-. Served the needs we had for our stay as we passed through trying to avoid traffic
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. Hotel overall was good. Price and location were great.

Cons:

The pool was a ice box. 30mins was all more my 10yr old daughter and myself could stand. Beds were too soft for my personal preference. But no hotel bed ever feels like home, so is what it is. Bathroom needs a little touchup but nothing crazy.

Good environment. Poorly trained staff. No management on property for dialogue with customers.

Staff was not accommodating. They are stuck in their own world and not willing to, at least, listen and show concern for the need of a customer. No management was available for the customers to speak with and about individual needs. This was the first time in 50 years a hotel refused to provide a receipt for my payment. I left with no receipt and now I cannot file it with my company to receive a refund for my trip.

Very nice stay.
Pros:

Staff was amazing!!
Good choices on the breakfast bar.

Cons:

The ceiling in the bathroom looked woke it was in the middle of a repair. Ceiling above the shower had some mold.
But everything was very clean other than that.

Served its purpose but not a very good one unfortunately

Location was easy to access the freeway

Cons:

Our toilet didn’t work and seemed like the staff was just “we’ll see if we can find someone” and then said no other rooms. What were we supposed to do if maintenance couldn’t come? And seemed like front desk personnel were not always there. Also we were located just over the smoking area outside and other guests stayed out there until 2:00 am making a lot of noise and no one came to say anything to them. There should at least be a sign out there. Hard to sleep both nights we were there because of this.
