This place was like a beautiful serene sanctuary by the Ganges! Awesome property so close to the river and the evening Aarti was so awe-inspiring and peaceful feeling! Staff was also very amazing and courteous all throughout our stay! Starting with the welcoming crew (Esha, Sourabh ,Rajni) to the housecleaning guy (Bhupendra-he took time and made a towel idol of Krishna -very sweet) to the restaurant crew whose service was amazing along with the chef who made delicious food. Each and every person at this property including the security people and property cleaning people, all were courteous and smiling ready to help with anything! We named it and they made it possible:) Even the property manager Santanu took time and spoke to us every time we saw him!
Ninghorla at the spa was awesome and we had couples massage which we enjoyed a lot! Not to forget these other people who all helped us in some way or the other during our stay! Mohit, Manish, vijay , Nitin Chamola , Mahaveer , Jun.

All Taj properties and service at the hotel are excellent however at Anand Kashi what we experienced was exceptional. Better than Umaid Bhavan .

Anand Kashi is a beautiful experience by itself with the most amazing set of Hotel team , their workforce , their manager Saurabh who i spoke to whilst booking - all were super and excellent .. Vijay Rajni Pankaj Arya Kuldeep Mahavir Lalit all were fantastic - the kitchen whole team started my breakfast so early as i had to leave for the airport - it was amazing … will go back for sure -the Aarti at the beach - that team was also fantastic and the Aarti was wow … Reshma Sanghvi ❤️

The resort is extremely beautiful with the best staff managing the same. The team is very cooperative and the tat is very fast. From the day of checkin to the day of checkout the experience was simply fabulous.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel room. The space was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. The bed was soft and provided a good night’s sleep, and the linens felt fresh. The room had all basic amenities including Wi-Fi, a kettle, . The bathroom was tidy with good water pressure and hot water available anytime. The housekeeping staff were polite and responsive. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay, offering good value for money. I would recommend it.

We reached 17th night and we were a newly wed couple the front office team was so generous the way they welcomed us..The check-in was so smooth by Mr Durgesh…i would thanks each and every people working over there..A special thanks to Mr Durgesh for everything..he deserves everything..second special thanks to Mr Lalit,Vinod,Rahul and Mukesh all from hk team for taking so much effort for decorating our room and making us feel so comfortable…third special thanks to Mr Chetan (Fnb) for the best service and last thanks to the security person don’t remember the name for keeping us secure all the time…I wish Anand Kashi and team all the best and thank u once again for making our stay so comfortable…a last thanks to general manager for his kind gesture…it felt like my own home…lots of love to everyone…

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid November. It had resort level hospitality with the warmth of a club. The property was super. The spa was great. The yoga in the morning by the river was lovely. The food excellent (especially the kebabs). There is a lovely bar on the top of one of the room blocks. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Have to make a special mention of the staff who made what is a hotel, feel like home:

If you want a place that is peaceful to relax and unwind this is highly recommended.

The location is simply out of the world ! It offers an almost ethereal calm .
The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable !
But the silver lining is the staff ,their grace and their manner of speaking .i like the fact that they speak in hindi and make you feel like royalty
The cherry on the cake was the food .The kadi ,the waffles ,the kebabs the aaloo toasty all to be tasted .
From the front office to house keeping ,to the service staff and the chef all deserve a big salute !

Anand Kashi by the Ganges is an amazing boutique property made even better by the staff that manages it.
Beginning with the Front office with Durgesh, Saurabh, Shubham who provide a seamless check in. Chef Upadhya and his team of Praveen, Jun, Yash and Pankaj provided an amazing and thoughtful culinary experience. The menu is not extensive but well thought out with one or two specials daily.
Bhupendra and Mahaveer looked after our housekeeping needs.
The reason I feel compelled to name all these exceptional people is that all of them as a team helped our Family of 10 have a very memorable and comfortable experience.
Seriously, one has to experience it to understand the pure luxury by the Ganges.

We had a sublime stay at Taj Anand Kashi which perfectly marries the Taj hospitality with the homely feel of a boutique hotel. Whether it was the front of house staff - Durgesh, Shubham, Sourabh or Vijay or the restaurant/bar staff of Manish, Jun and led by Pravesh - no stone was left unturned in making sure we had a memorable experience. The location cannot be matched and the rooms have been designed to provide all creature comforts while retaining the essence of a hill station hotel. The housekeeping team of Bhupendra and Mohit made sure all our in room needs were met and we left wondering when we could return. Needless to say all of the team is helmed by the tone set by the GM - Santanu who made sure to speak with us multiple times a day and ensure our stay was perfect.

Anand Kashi by the Ganges is truly a hidden gem. The property and staff are exceptional and it is one of the most peaceful and serene experiences ever. We went as a family and the phenomenal hospitality we experienced from the staff is so heartfelt.

Firstly the property is nestled right next to the Ganges with its own unique “private Aarti” which is unheard of. They have a heated pool overlooking the lush clear Ganges that flows by and you are surrounded by so much greenery and nature, it feels like a meditation hot spot. They have their own gym, pool, Ayurvedic store, private beach, deck. The food is also exceptional and was to everyone’s liking with an elaborate continental and Indian breakfast. Their Chefs 🧑‍🍳 personally come to you after every meal for feedback and any suggestions.

However what makes the property most special is the staff. We want to give a shout out to Sourabh, Durgesh, Ganga, Subodh, Bhupender Joshi, Jun and anyone else we forgot to mention. They are mostly local to the surrounding area and work with so much compassion, dedication and care. Their hospitality is unparalleled and the more we say about them, the less it is. They are truly representative of the heart and soul of Anand Kashi and made our stay a lifelong memorable one. Can’t wait to go back in the near future.
