Pros:

Close to friends I was visiting. Newer hotel. Clean. Breakfast food bar and seating area.

Cons:

The $50 return deposit is not acceptable. Company they use took too long. Was a month before I got it returned. I called the hotel. They said companies are different. Another hotel I stayed, returned it in 2-3 days.

Great stay at Fairfield!
Pros:

Entered the lobby and was immediately greeted by the person behind the desk with a smile. Alana made the process of getting a room very easy and within minutes I had a room and all of the info I needed. Also, on checking out, Jordan,,,,I think that was his name,,,,was very helpful. The room was great,,,no problems and we would definitely stay again when in the area.

Pleasant stay in Rockport.
Pros:

Very pleased with our stay. I was hesitant to book after some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Spacious suite. Helpful staff. The manager Vikas gave us tips for sightseeing and birding in the area. Breakfast your usual thing for Fairfield or IHG but sufficed. Definitely recommend.

Everything was nice!
Pros:

Liked everything about the room and desk service reps were very friendly.

Cons:

The only issue & it wasn’t that big a deal, is that the windows were tinted blue which made everything in the room seem blue. It bothered our eyes, so we had to keep the curtains closed.
