When we arrived two men behind the desk knew who we were and considering the debacle with both the hotel & booking.com not able to find my reservation when I tried checking in online the day before, they were quite friendly and welcoming!
Didn’t care for the breakfast set up. I’d prefer coffee poured at my table and having cream and sugar offered as well. I had to keep getting up and searching for things while two women stood by.
Modern and clean, friendly staff
Pricey, but comparable for downtown Asheville. We had a Mountain View room but view is more Downtown with mountains in the background from where we were. We still enjoyed the view.
Location, clean, modern decor, friendly staff, handy access to the public parking garage with room key right next to hotel.
For the price we paid, things I found disappointing were: Bathroom slider door (not much sound proofing), lighting in room good for modern ambient feel but not great for doing make-up, the restaurant environment had more of a business conference feel (functional) - but the food was good, no complaints there. That said we would still choose to stay here again.
Excellent on all levels. Upon arrival, Laura w comes me and helped me secure an outstanding room upgrade. Throughout my stay she also offered helpful advice on activities and dining. My room was wonderful - clean, nicely appointed, good view, and very comfortable. The property was situated in a walkable area with fun shopping and dining (great coffee spot next door). Parking was a breeze and very convenient. The bar staff at rooftop bar were friendly, fun, and talented. Grew drinks and baked up by a great kitchen staff and chef. I tried several items from the tapas menu and loved them all (generous portions). Throughout my stay Laura, as well as Brandon and Nick, with guest services checked in on me via text and promptly offered tips and answered questions. I really enjoyed my stay and found this to be a surprisingly unexpected treat. Well done to the entire team at this property. I would welcome an opportunity to stay here again. Cheers!

The entire thing: the staff was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area, the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, the parking was simple, and the rooftop lounge had a great staff, drinks and food!

Love the rooftop deck and on-site restaurant. Everyone was helpful and wanted our stay to be perfect. And it was!
ac came on full blast while we were eating breakfast! bRRRrrrrr! Some kind of fire system check. Just not a great time for it.

Lack of amenities. Having to park on the 4th floor, and stay on 6th floor. Asking repeatedly for a handicapped room and didn’t get it.
