Nice, modernly simplistic which I think is what a lot of properties are going for now. Room nice good space, places to sit and places to your stuff. staff friendly and pleasant. Bfast was good and waitstaff all nice and helpful and accomodating.
Ok so I had a cpu issues. One not really hotels fault but the differ to whomever owns the parking garage. ! it is very tight and narrow! 2 I got hit in the parking lot and the hotel pushed me to a company that supposedly owns the lot but you get an email and no one ever replies. I was parked in a corner spot all the way to the back almost virtually impossible to have backed into me in that location but someone managed.
This is strange to me but they didn't have those small plastic bags for laundry which I found strange. Oddly I forgot to pack my laundry bag, but don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel room that didn't have those hanging from the hangers! not huge but strange.
The toilet paper mount in my room was broken!
The toilet sat way too close to the wall and was super low to the ground. I'm 6'5 and it was very low. certainly not an ada compliant toilet but again not a major issue just a annoyance more than anything.
the sink wasn't clean. all not super major issues but a bunch of small little issues.
We went to the rooftop for the views. Spectacular!!!
We ordered beverages from a very nice and prompt server. We also ordered the Roasted Fingerlings to munch on. They were delicious!!!

Clean spacious rooms, modern design. No toilettes on the bathroom counter top like small cottons, qui tops etc. very minimal. Location is good, front desk was friendly. Roof top of course on a Wednesday night was empty, which was expected.
This hotel is excellent in every way. We have stayed here before and will definitely return.

This hotel is just outside the gates of the Biltmore Estate. It is clean and welcoming. There is breakfast and a bar for evening drinks.
The room is clean and minimal. The bed is comfortable as are the pillows and sheets. Nice products in the shower.

Bartender did not want to help us. We were only having tea and he couldn’t be bothered. It was early and not crowded so no reason for this.

The location is the standout feature of this hotel. It is walking distance from the French Broad Chocolate shop, which made for a lovely nightcap each evening. Beyond that, the room itself was clean and check-in was straightforward.
The elevator is absurdly slow and shared among hotel guests, staff, and people using the parking garage on the lower floors, resulting in long, frustrating waits. There are no reserved parking spots for hotel guests either, so on busy evenings we had to pay for valet parking. Housekeeping also left a lot to be desired; at one point, the room cleaner threw away an unfinished lotion bottle and never replaced it. The hotel bar was another disappointment. For something marketed as a hotel amenity, the hours are surprisingly limited, and it is not even open during the afternoon, which defeats the purpose entirely.
Good price, excellent service and food quality.
