Clean comfy with good AC.
Very close by the places we visited. Arenal volcan, Mistico park, La fortuna waterfall.
Enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, everything felt well taken care of. Check in/out were simple and quick which I appreciated after a long day of travel. Price was reasonable and overall it was a really good experience.
Beautiful spot with an amazing staff. Great view of Arenal from the pool and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!!
The staff was very friendly. Loved the free breakfast (very much convenient for us) def would recommend!
I got the two bedroom and our rental smelled moldy and the wall had black mold. I told them about it but we didn’t have a choice because they said they had no more rooms available. Also, at check-in they put a $100 hold for deposit and said it would be released at check out time. They never released it, I called several times. I got the runaround for three days and kept telling me that I would get a call back and that they did not know why it wasn’t returned. I never got a call back. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank.
Good bed, the hotel was renovated a year ago. Very nice little pool and restaurant. The photos in the website of the hotel are not currently updated.

The breakfast was good although the bread is missing in the dish for complete the typical gallo pinto.
I do not like the costume service of Jeidy Porras I think he is the owner’s son, when we requested additional towel and blanket he was not nice and complaint too much about our request.
He needs more costumer service training.
This hotel was amazing. Very clean, breakfast was amazing. Close to several tourist activities. La Fortuna was a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful lush tropical grounds. Kids loved the pool, hot tubs and easy walk to the rope swing. In a quiet area away from town, but a bit far if you don't have a car. Sometimes it felt like we were the only guests there. Good value, especially with breakfast included.
The staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was good and convenient. The location was a bit removed from La Fortuna and quieter.

This Hotel was lovely! The tropical property was lushly landscaped and well-maintained. The restaurant area was open-air, service was efficient, and the food was good! Breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. We also utilized the pool and admired the wildlife. The room was spotless and huge. Staff was very nice and let us store luggage on our last day and have late check out.
We took Ubers to town and activities and they were readily available and reasonably priced. El Salto rope swing was nearby, which my boys loved.
Overall It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and it was a fantastic value. Recommend!
The property was very nice and perfect for our stay. The food was always really good and our dinner waiter was exceptional. The location has great access to everything without being in town. I hope to stay here again.
