Room was too hot and temp hard to control

No complementary water in the rooms and the mattress for the bed was shot springs were popping out
excellent staff, beautiful hotel, nice breakfast
I was surprised that none of the suites (other than the handicapped ones) had bathtubs!!!!! I really loved so many things about this hotel but next time would choose a hotel with a bathtub.
it would have been nice to see more work from local artists on the walls. FSJ has some outstanding artists!

It was clean we were greeted with friendly staff. We had a beautiful room. It was very comfortable. The pillows were down everything about it was wonderful. No complaints.
The only thing that we didn’t like about the property was that they gave us a 10% discount coupon to eat at one of their facilities there which were too different ones but the same and then the one that we got the coupon for they didn’t have any other things on the menu so they just kept them. We don’t have it. We don’t have it. We don’t have it so we couldn’t order so that’s the only gripe

Comfortable and very clean room
The property fit the purposes for our one night stay. Was quiet and having Dennys Restaurant as an option within the hotel was great. No concerns or issues. Would consider staying here again.

Everything at this hotel was clean and well-maintained. The bed was new and very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. I was fully satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it.
