Excellent clean rooms but very pricy. Air conditioner was very loud at night. Pool was great but hot tub closed

Not a good experience. We will not be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

Cons:

Wi FI sign up was archaic. Wasted 30 minutes trying to sign up day one and then had to sign up all over again on ay two.

Our room was NOT MADE UP after the first night. VERY EMBARASING when we invited a guest to come back to out room to visit.

Air conditioning was either full on or off. I had to put a pillow on it to redirect the cold air.

Pros:

Had a Good stay. Couldn’t use the pool so I’m not sure how it was. Breakfast was good and the selection of snacks in the lobby were nice. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The beds. I think they are starting at age and becoming lumpy and uneven. I’d change them sooner then later. I will definitely book earlier next time, as prices changed online the closer the check in became.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room was a bit dirty. There was a very unpleasant and disgusting sewer smell in the room and around the hotel. Staff said it from a lagoon nearby but the smell was terrible very upsetting.
Some staff was not friend but some were.
Definitely not worth the price.

All in all, everything was great.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, clean, and beds were comfy. They also had board games and such for some fun time with the kids.

I was very disappointed the hot tub was broken and there was no shuttle service.
Pros:

The breakfast was handy to have and the lounge area was nice.

Cons:

I was kept up until 1 am with the kids above me jumping off the bed. The hot tub was broken and the lady said 'indefinitely'. I feel if they want to compete with the other hotels, it should have been fixed. They hotel advertises they have a shuttle service, they don't. The air conditioner was so loud I was worried it would continue all night.
