Pros:

七天體驗不確定是床單被套不潔或房間有蚊子蚤子，入住第三、四天後被咬得很誇張，經過要求加強清潔及更換被舖後情況改善很多，工作人員很友善，其他沒甚麼大問題。

Le personnel est très sympa, souriant, agréable avec un servie de très bonnes qualités. J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui offre tous les services et les infrastructures telles que la piscine sur le toit, salle de fitness etc... je recommande l'établissement à tous. Merci ☺️

Preis/Leistung sehr gut, Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber durchaus ok, Rooftop-Pool und Bar sind sehr nett. Ich würde wiederkommen.

我們晚上6點多到，房間還沒準備好。
訂的是一大床的禁煙房，結果給我們2小床的房間，且煙味超重。要求更換房間，還要等一個小時。
後來給的大床是兩張床併在一起，給了2張單人棉被。房間有霉味。
房卡只有一張，浴室不夠乾淨，兩顆燈壞了一顆，超暗；放置盥洗用品的架子是壞掉的，水壓很小。
冷氣聲音很大。
很糟糕的飯店，不會再選擇入住。

Very amazing service, as is all around Thailand. Staff amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Spoke good English, and even saved me from losing my belt when I checked out. My only issue was the noise at night, which being in Pattaya is expected due to the nightlife, and the room didn’t feel super clean, specifically the hardfloors and the curtains. The food selection for the “on site restaurant” was lacking slightly, but definitely okay to eat at for a day. The parking was very easy, check in and check out was very easy, and overall, the value was really good. Other than that, excellent experience!

우선 전체적으로 전망은 좋은편입니다.

하지만 바닥 청소 상태가 좋지 못하며, 침구는 깨끗한 편입니다.

하지만 루프탑 수영장 사진을 보고 결정했는데....

수영장에 올라 가보니 시커먼 더러운 물이라 수영 못하고 그냥 내려왔습니다.

수영장을 보고 선택하신다면 절대 선택하시지 마시길 바랍니다.

室内はそこそこですが、シャワーはお湯がほとんど出なかったです。
中国人団体客が多く、うるさくて寝られ日もありました。
但し屋上プールはほとんど人がおらず静かで良かったです。

Pros:

Don't believe the pictures – this hotel is in dire need of a renovation. I also have no idea what it is they call "design" about the hotel; the interior is quite tasteless and no different from any other hotel. The pool is OK but not as you would except in terms of view or condition. Would not consider this to be 4 stars at all.
The upside: upon arriving I got a free upgrade to a suite which was greatly appreciated.
The downside: The condition of the hotel, the service (they decided to close the restaurant after 6pm because there were too few guests), bad wi-fi, the location.
There are plenty of other options that are more attractive. I had booked 3 nights but stayed only 1.

Das Hotel kann man nicht mehr empfehlen
Pros:

Wir waren 2017 in diesem Hotel und rundherum zufrieden. Darum haben wir auch für 2018 dieses Hotel gebucht und sind mehr als enttäuscht. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant ist total überfordert. Für den Massenandrang von Chinesen und deren ungewöhnlichen Umgangsformen war die Personalbesetzung zu gering und auch fehlte es an einer soliden Ausbildung für den Service. Des Weiteren ließ die Sauberkeit und Ordnung am Pool und der Sitting-Area zu wünschen übrig. Erst nach mehrfachen Beschwerden wurden die tagelang überfüllten Abfallbehälter geleert. Es fehlten des Öfteren Badehandtücher und die allgemeine Ordnung und Sauberkeit wurde im Poolbereich sehr vernachlässigt. Fazit des Ganzen: Schlechtes Management. Selbst die gute Arbeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und der Zimmermädchen konnten den Gesamteindruck nicht retten.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Nettes Hotel mit schönem Pool im 7. Stockwerk des Gebäudes B. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abgelegen. Der Preis passt, wenn man nicht allzugroße Erwartungen hat. Stylische Lobby und nette saubere Zimmer. Etwas schlecht war lediglich, dass es keinen wirklichen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer gab und das Wasser schwer zu regulieren war. Entweder war es zu heiß, oder ein paar Sekunden später wieder zu kalt. Es gibt auf dem Zimmer einen Safe.

Hotel molto carico e dal design molto particolare, la hall è molto bella, le camere sono spaziose e la zona è molto tranquilla. Bella la piscina situata all'ultimo piano. Ottima vista di tutta NaKlua e Pattaya.

The hotel staff and the pool are really the only things that make this hotel stand out. It was not very clean and I actually switched rooms because of bugs. The second room was nicer and clean. The staff is very nice and helps with any problems you might have.
