One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are clean and big. The staffs are so nice and helpful specially Fluke! This are the kind of hotels you’d like to go home after a long day outside. Their location is very convenient too. I would recommend and will stay here again if I’d ever go to Bangkok.
Amazing service , very kind , peaceful environment.
Mostly are fine, just the daily breakfast dishes for main course selections are limited and repeating especially the baked tomatoes and potatoes.
Fried egg services are way too slow. Should prepare in advanced to cater for huge crowds instead of long Q waiting for fried eggs.
Suggest to add boiled egg and scramble egg options instead of long Q for pan fried eggs or omelette

location to main roads if your driving & easy walking distance to BTS. staff are friendly & helpful, place was clean & tidy.

The staff especially Noon, Fikly, John, Bow, Fluke and PP were very polite and professional. Bedroom was always kept cleaned. Swimming areas and gym were tidy and safe to use.
There were different breadfast options which included continental breakfast.
Overall, my stay was enjoyable with a full body massage on the eve of my last night at the hotel.

This is Bangkok so it will be slightly nosiy but all good.
The staff is very friendly.
Half a block away, there is a 711 with a massage place next to it. A block away is the mall where you can bargain prices with a street food market.
The pool is very nice on the 2nd floor, but it closes very early at 9pm.
Smoking sections are on the side and the back of the building.
The breakfast is the best! Tonnes of choices for everyone from meat eaters to vegans.
It's a nice hotel in a fairy quiet area, handy to shopping and supermarket. Breakfast choices are plenty and room is spacious. Hotel shuttle takes guests to nearest BTS station which is a definite plus. Only issue is quite a few mosquitoes in evening and at night. Been here few times and happy to come back.
Stayed here for the first time, I usually stay around Soi 11.
I'll definitely stay here again, actually booked in again for later this month so that says it all.
Hotel is close to the BTR so easy to get around Bangkok.
