Hamar be zár a spa, es a benti medence
Ubytování v dobré lokaci , čisté a s výbornou kuchyní.
Bohužel na více místech jde vidět že hotel je již starší .
Wykupiliśmy opcję all z dostępem do saloniku executive. Może to nigdzie nie jest wsprost napisane, ale dzięki tej opcji korzystasz w pełni z hotelu , sauny, jacuzii i dodatkowo pijesz nie tylko lokalne ale i europejskie alkohole, co dla niektórych ma znaczenie, że mogą zamówić w barze J&B czy Chivasa 12 bez dodatkowych opłat :)
Piękne miejsce, okolica, promenada. Polecamy z całego serducha.
Co do hotelu i personelu nie mamy zastrzeżeń. Tylko co niektórzy turyści, w tym Polacy, mogli by się nauczyć szacunku do obsługi.
Patru zile minunate petrecute la hotel.Facilitati de excepție, mâncare delicioasă (am ținut post până la Înviere și am fost foarte încântați de oferta vegană),iar apoi,un adevărat răsfăț culinar.Sezlonguri suficiente, așezate până la plaja de nisip,cafea de calitate, băuturi asemenea, liniște,civilizat,programe artistice deosebite.Si nu in ultimul rand,am cerut o cameră cu paturi twin și duș,din cauza problemelor de sănătate ale soțului meu și au ținut cont de acest aspect,asigurandu-ne astfel un sejur impecabil.Multumim,vom reveni!
The most terrible hotel experience ever :(
We occupied the most expensive room in the hotel for 3 days (The Presidential Suite), and initially we were eager to stay for 3 days more, but this wish evaporated immediately
Starting from the beginning: very rude consierge who didn't want to permit unloading the luggage from the car.
An hour later - the safebox in the room appeared to be broken. We had to wait for more than an hour for someone come to fix it.
Another interesting experience is the restaurant. in general, Cyprian food in very tasty, but this restaurant makes everything for you to feel different.
Next day - the mechanical curtain in the side window doesn't work. Waiting again, the guy comes to fix (as a result, nothing's fixed). Leaving the room to enjoy the Cyprian sea sites... returning in the evening find the room in the state we left, that is - uncleaned and unmade.
Nextr morning - making a complaint to guest relations desk. The lady is very polite but she doesn't decide anything... meanwhile from her words we discover that the mini-bar in the room is not free of charge, despite the ALL INCLUSIVE hotel status and despite the fact that it is not written anywhere at all.
Understanding that, and having access to VIP lounge, we're trying to arrange our drinks there. Next day we're told that we can't take from this lounge even a botttle of water into the room... so presumably if you don't have the mood to go outside of your room, you should pay for that :)
So, in general, we can conclude that the hotel management is very experienced in sales, but it doesn't give a shit for caring about their customers. We highly recommend to avoid this hotel by any means.
We would advise the management to be changed. Maybe, it could resolve a lot

Πήγαμε για πρωινό, και εκεί ήταν ο Σεφ λογικά διότι φορούσε το πιο ψηλό καπέλο από όλους . Ενας ψηλός κύριος με γκρίζα μαλλιά . Και ενώ είχε κόσμο μπροστά άρχισε να φωνάζει ρε μαλακα αυτά δεν τα κάνεις έτσι τα βάζεις αλλιώς για να μην κάτι κτλ . Ο μάγειρας ήταν μαυρουλης . Θεωρώ απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά μπροστά στους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου να γίνετε τέτοιου είδους επίπληξη .
