Pros:

Jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakich byliśmy. Hotel pięknie położony, wygodny, urządzony przyjaźnie dla oka. Przepyszne szlachetne jedzenie. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wyjątkowy personel. Przynajmniej w większości

Cons:

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze a nie bocznym widokiem na morze i jakieś dachy budynków które były głośne. Nawet przy zamkniętych oknach przeszkadzały

The hotel itself was fairly nice. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which negatively affected my entire stay.

Even worse, despite the hotel advertising gluten-free options, there was absolutely nothing available. I had never encountered such a situation in my life – despite notifying them before arrival and on-site, there was practically no gluten-free food at all. No bread, no pastries, and almost every meal contained gluten. This is absolutely scandalous for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars.

Pros:

Местоположението е отлично,крайбрежаната алея е удобна за разходки.Уелкъм дринк-а беше изненада за нас.Пристигнахме късно в хотела и в стаята имахме кутийки със сандвичи за вечеря и бутилка вода.
Избрах хотела за Рождения ден на съпруга ми,имахме комплимент от хотела бутилка шампанско и сладки за почерпка!Като цяло персонала е много любезен и дружелюбен!
Бармана Андрей съдейства за превода и хубавите коктейли!
Имаше много вкусни топли кексове и уникално хрупкава баклава!
В момента работят 2 ресторанта.Основен за закуска ,обяд и вечеря и италиански- към външния басейна -отворен през деня.В него има сандвичи,салати десерти,топли напитки,сокове,бира и обедно меню-бургер,паста,пица,хот дог !
Хубаво е,че след вечеря при бара има сандвичи за тези ,които вечерят рано🙂
Съпруга ми беше на масаж и остана доволен!

Cons:

Камериерката за стая 562 почисти само 1 път стаята за целия период и то некачествено.
Изми чашите от кафе и ги избърса с мръсната хавлия,която взе за пране!!!!
Моля да не слагайте кориандър във всички ястия ,салати и разядки.
Не е по вкуса на всеки!Закуската с малки изключения беше еднообразна,но богата.
Вътрешния басейн е студен и не е подходящ за ползване през зимния сезон.
Джакузито постоянно беше заето и не успяхме да го ползваме.
Очаквах повече морска храна и риба.
Всеки ден имаше само един вид риба приготвена по различен начин!
