Pros:

Great location near the Nippori train station which has good access to the main areas in Tokyo. It was also a quiet neighbourhood but plenty of food options available. It was also within walking distance to Yanaka old town.

帰り早朝の女性スタッフの対応が良くて気持ち良く次の行程に向かう事ができました。

Great location but needs an update, soon.
Pros:

Location - excellent if you’re taking the Skyliner. It’s about 100 steps fr Nippori station. Plenty of 24hr convenience stores. Lots of places to eat - hamburger (Mos + Maccas), ramen, izakayas; I noticed an increase in Chinese restaurants. Area has a nice vibe - plenty of things nearby - Yanaka Cemetary, Uneo is walking distance, fabric town, supermarkets, Donki and (chain) coffee shops. The hotel has become increasingly popular since I first started using it 2/3 years ago. So watch for busy elevator times. Love that it has washing machines + dryers. Small vending machine and microwave. The staff are great.

Cons:

With the increased popularity comes wear and tear. The mattress I had was old and needed replacing. I turned it myself - which isn’t easy in a small room - which helped somewhat. There isn’t a proper lobby to sit and do anything if you’re waiting for a room and the lobby is filled with HUGE suitcases. Also be warned if you plan to leave an old suitcase, you will be fined. (Totally understandable).

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup l'apprécie l'emplacement dans un quartier calme de Tokyo, à proximité d'un quartier historique et à proximité d'Ueno où nous avons visité plusieurs musées. La proximité de l'hôtel à la gare de la ligne Yamanoto à fait l'ensemble de nos déplacements à travers Tokyo très faciles, sans avoir la fatigue supplémentaire. Le personnel de l'hôtel était sympa et avait répondu à nos interrogations. La chambre était propre et confortable. La taille de la chambre était correcte. C'était notre première fois dans les hôtels APA et cela nous a plu.

The lack of information at the check in. I didn't have room service. When I complained, they told me that I should have put a sign on the door. I didn't see any sign either.
