Please change the towels.
Pros:

It's a hotel I visit often, and it's good value for money. However, the towels are very old.and Guests also need medium sized towels.

Please change the towels to new ones.
Pros:

The location and cost-effectiveness of the accommodation are so good that I always use it whenever I go on a business trip to Hanoi. However, the towels are too old. Please change them to new ones. Also, the TV in the living room is too small, making it difficult to watch.

TV 좀 큰걸로 바꿔주세요.
Pros:

하노이 출장 갈때마다 애용하는 숙소입니다.

위치와 가성비 좋습니다. 거실과 주방도 따로 있어서 아주 편리합니다.

하지만, 몇년간 애용하면서 느낀 단점

1. 샤워시설이 너무 싸구려다. 수압이 낮다. 배수가 잘 안된다.
2. 거실 TV가 컴퓨터 모니터 만하다. 너무 작다. 이제 좀 바꾸자.
3. 수건도 좀 이제 바꾸자. 이제 너덜너덜하더라.
4. 에어컨도 너무 오래되었다. 이제 좀 바꾸자.
5. 밤에 근무하는 남자 매니져들... 영어가 전혀 안되고, 손님이 와도 그냥 소파에 누워서 게임만 한다.

Pros:

The price and the staff are friendly

Cons:

The clean of the room, the electric installations didn’t work properly and it has a hard access for taxis, in winter the room is quite cold

Pros:

출장가서 하루 묵었는데…
바퀴벌레는 수십마리 죽어있고, 방을 바꿨는데 에어컨 실외기 돌아가는 소리(웅~~~~~)에 잠은 설치고..최악의 숙소였음.
두번다시 가고싶지 않아요
