Ginger Dwarka

Experiance was good , staff members was also good , Dwarka dish temple was around 5 km from the hotel . Rooms are good spaced and clean

Excellent service by Karan Sahu and Sushant Sahoo, they are always smiling and going out of the way to help the guests. Would stay here on my next visit as well.

We stayed at the hotel for one day. The ambience was good. Rooms were clean. Location was a bit away from temple which meant we had to hire a cab / auto to go to the townside. Reception staff was good. Gym is in a closed stuffy room. Not worth using. No other amenities. Restaurant was good but with limited choice of dishes. On the whole the hotel was a good option for stay of a day or two. That’s it.

I really like to appreciate Chandan. He really made very good food for us. It was much and very delicious food. I request ginger Dwarka to promote him at good position and give him some hike in his salary.

Clean rooms, nice hospitality, nice service, nice food, nice facilities, safe for ladies and kids, overall we enjoyed the stay

Good Rooms, convenient highway touch though a little far from Dwarkadhish temple but not a problem if you are traveling in your car

The Hotel is Located in a very peaceful area just beside the National Highway. Very calm and composed environment. Hotel Receptionist Hospitality is good but the fine dining experience was the worst part of my stay.
The check in and check out process was very smooth no waiting time in that. Overall the hotel is for stay only, for food plans need to have any alternate.

Property is fabulous and well maintained staff is dedicated courteous and have a responsible approach. Food was also very good

Pleasant stay. Comfortable, clean room, Buffet is better than separate order in room. Location far from Dwarka town. Better deal of stay in comparison to hotel inside city.

Overall very good experience. Dinner and morning breakfast food both were very delicious. The hotel can enhance the facilities by update the washroom accessories.

Worst hotel experience ever – scammy and completely unprofessional
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is a complete joke. I paid for a stay and got absolutely nothing in return. No service, no room, no help—just excuses and silence. When I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused, even though they provided nothing that was promised.
The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely ignored the situation. It honestly felt like a scam. They take your money and vanish when there’s a problem. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional behavior from a business.
Avoid this place at all costs. Total waste of time and money. You’re better off sleeping in your car than dealing with these people.

I have been here since last two days and my experience with hotel was amazing. Most important is the behaviour of the staff. I can mention the names : Puja, Rajni and Susrita has helped me alot.
