Las piscinas y el entorno, mucha sombra. Lugar tranquilo y seguro.

Cons:

La habitación muy sucia(mucho polvo)no nos dejaron toallas y al no tener telef comuc tuvimos q bajar p pedir, el frigobar apagado. La tarjeta no abría la puerta, varias veces hubo q pedir p cambiar. La jacuzzi muuuyyy ruidosa, no pudimos usarla. Dos días más de 15.000 muy caro, no recomiendo.

Nos encantó el área recreativa.. piletas.. parque.. laguna.. fuimos con nuestra beba de 2 años y la verdad hermoso, no faltaban cosas para hacer. Hermoso lugar.

Cons:

Tema desayuno, nos pareció mal organizado, muy lento y poco práctico.. había turnos de media hora pero pasabas al menos 15-20 minutos haciendo cola para que te sirvan la comida, parte del personal de esa área no era muy atento, aunque entendemos que tenían mucho trabajo la amabilidad tiene que estar.

Desayuno muy básico y horario de apertura muy tarde

Cons:

Que el huesped tenga que llenar un formulario digital, colocando rut, y documentos de identidad para que luego te los pidan 2 0 3 veces más durante el proceso de ingreso y pago me parece ridículo y muy ineficiente. Que te entreguen los controles y que te obliguen a devolverlos también me pareció una practica muy fuera de lo usual en los tiempos que corren.
