Signature Hotel London

I went to have surgery in Stratford, which was traumatic. Not as traumatic as my entering my room at Signature.

The smell hits you first, then walk in and it is disgusting. Like it's tidy, but it's never been cleaned. Thick with dirt.

The lovely view of the drainpipe and wall was very appealing. I went down immediately and explained I couldn't stay here. I was told I would get a refund. I asked to take photos to ensure I would. They said don't worry.

I left. I got annother hotel through booking.com

I got refused my refund. The fact I was in agony and couldn't talk will help you to understand how bad this room was. I just wanted a roof over my head and i couldn't/

Booking.com also refused to refund me.

Faheem and Harum the manager are the best employees working here . I come here because of them. Thank you team for working hard and taking care of me everytime I visit

Cold room with no heater available from reception. Shower head tied to pole with zip ties. Phones broken in rooms. Fairly cheap, but not cheap enough for the issues.

We stayed for two nights. Our room was basic and clean. The housekeeping staff were attentive to my needs for extra towels and hangers. The downside was that there was a lot of late night revelry coming through the very thin walls on both nights. It finally stopped at 1am. If you have an early start, as we did, then you might want to consider a quieter area. One plus was there are a number of good vegetarian Indian restaurants.

We were greeted by bugs in the room when we entered. The guy then came and sprayed bug spray but that didn’t help.

There was a pillar in the middle of the room which was in the way when you get out of the bed.

The hand sink in the bathroom was flooding. The guy used a screwdriver for the water to go down but that didn’t help so we couldn’t use it

The makeup light in the mirror didn’t work when we tried to use it. It just kept flashing.

Overall our stay there was terrible

The staff are lovely and cannot do enough to help, its a budget hotel so its never going to be the ritz. Of.you are looking for a cheap overnight stay its perfect. It looks like they are working on it to raise the standard. All daid i would uae this hotel again as the location is perfect for transport links and shopping and lots of food places

I was asked to pay the full amount of my stay when I got to the property, and this is despite the fact that I already paid a deposit few days before.
In addition to that, the receptionist demanded that I pay another fee for security or else he’ll not be checking me in.
Basically I felt like I was ripped off, which added to the frustration I was feeling after travelling a long distance to get there.

Unfortunately no windows, air-conditioning worked, front desk staff were geat.

Everything was fantastic room was clean and comfortable Fahim the receptionist was very helpful and polite he made check in very smoothly excellent personality. Thank you Fahim for making my stay memorable,

The member of staff that checked me in tried to give me a smaller room than i paid for and tried to gaslight me into thinking all the rooms were the same size and the same price when they clearly weren't. It took a 10 minute back and forth to get what i paid for. The other members of staff, however, were nice.

Basic room but it served its purpose enabling me to stay in London rather than driving down twice

The service was terrible, room was smelly and in poor condition - I checked out the night before I was due to leave as the didn’t have any ac/cooling facilities in the room - avoid this hotel - will be requesting refund
