Ein besonders schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines Boutique Hotel in traumhafter Anlage

Traumhafte Anlage und Lage in den Weinbergen.
Rundwege durch Korkwälder auf dem Grundstück.

Cons:

Matratze etwas hart.

Naturreservat direkt anschliessend.
Schöne Anlage der Gebäude.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort, um zu entspannen und es sich gut gehen zu lassen. Das Zimmer im Gartenhaus war wunderbar groß und sehr sauber und die Terrasse unter dem Weinlaub mit Blick auf den Pool eine kleine Oase. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es fehlt einem dort an nichts.
Auch der Park rund um das Hotel bietet überall schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, um den Blick in die Landschaft zu genießen.

Big pro is that the hotel is located in a historical, magnificent estate next to the National Park. You can take long walks straight from the hotel,

If you come with dog, they force you to take the bigger garden room, which you do not need. The food for dinner was tasteless. Service in the restaurant should be improved for the money you pay. No one brings you a drinks menu but they strt serving bread instad

Pros:

A fost o experienta placuta la Hotel Casa Palmela. Personalul a fost foarte amabil (ne bucuram ca am avut ocazia sa il cunoastem pe Miguel). Serviciile lor ne-au surprins placut (corespunzatoare si demne de cels 5 stele detinute). Micul dejun a fost delicios si variat, iar domeniul este unul intins ce iti permite plimbari in natura.

Pros:

Striking setting and building, and grounds. Lovely relaxed design and style. Great terrace for breakfast and setting around the pools.
Very helpful front desk staff. Went out of their way with recommendations and to help with bookings etc

Cons:

Smallest bedroom I've ever stayed in. Barely room to walk around the bed, and no space to have case open. Minimal to no storage. V large balcony which was nice, but room so small I kept my open suitcase on the balcony for our 3 day stay as literally nowhere to unpack it or have it open to access clothes, other than out there!

Breakfast staff quite inattentive. Slow to take coffee orders and milling about but cutlery missing, or no plates at buffet which they seemed a bit exasperated to be told rather than keen to fix

Overall nice stay and lots we liked about it, but generous landings and sofas in hallways which were totally unused - just there to look nice - when you then have a tiny room, was a bit jarring. Some touches you would expect in hotel of this quality - conditioner in showers / good quality beach towels etc - were lacking, and so as lovely as it was, it felt expensive

Stunning ambience and location with the vineyards view.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location. Quiet and beautiful location in the middle of the vineyards. Welcome drink based on sweet Muscatel produced nearby. Well trained, polite and high standard presenting personnel. Marvellous ambience and views. Breakfast on the porch with my Wife. This memory stays with me for long.

Cons:

All was fine. No remarks except the price of the stay itself which is challenging.

A voltar seguramente.
Pros:

Tudo, desde o pequeno almoço, a localização entre vinhas e Serra da Arrábida. Todos os funcionários prestáveis. O quarto era muito bom e toda a área envolvente incrível.

Cons:

Quando fizemos um passeio pelas áreas e fomos ver os cavalos verificamos que havia um cachorro num local de poucas condições sanitárias e preso. Não foi de todo o esperado e claramente a única coisa que nos deixou reticentes. Espero que possa ser resolvido porque pretendemos voltar um dia.

Great location, staff, food. Adults only pool not adults only.
Pros:

The hotels is clean and the staff are great. The grounds are a bonus to walk around and explore.

Cons:

Rooms are small, but this is understood due to the age of the building.
The adults only pool was not managed. Children and babies were at the pool at different times, and staff serving them didn't advise them to move to other pool.
Signage of pool rules and shower location poor. Nearly every guest did not shower before entering the pool. This is understandable due to the location of signage and the fact that there is no signage for the shower and it is difficult to locate.
