We felt totally relaxed at the end of our stay. Location and local information couldn’t be bettered.
Pros:

it turned out the room I booked was not really roomy enough for two people and travelling cases. Once we made the staff aware of this they bent over themselves to find a better room match and the second room we moved into was an absolute delight and this completely transformed our stay. Everybody was so fantastic and gave such great service. We felt seen heard and appreciated. The food was excellent quality especially the finely curated breakfast offering. exceptional service. The rooms were clean and well provided. The location and setting was beautiful with some good walks out and a true feel for nature and the immediate environment.

Cons:

Be aware no in room fridge however water and nespresso machine provided.

Funcionários todos muito simpáticos e cordiais desde o primeiro ao último contacto e com todas as pessoas sem exceção. Gostamos muito das pessoas. Fizeram-nos uma pequena surpresa com Espumante e morangos pois era o nosso aniversário de casamento.

Cons:

Piscinas muito sujas no seu interior e copos vazios no chão não recolhidos do dia anterior. Ementa alternativa para almoço no bar da piscina apenas existe após as 15h; Pouca coisa para fazer sem ser Piscina. Processo para realizar uma qualquer atividade mostrou-se complexo e confuso para algumas das atividades. Acabamos por desistir. O nosso quarto apesar de ser dos mais modestos, pareceu pequeno demais para o que esperávamos. Jantamos 1 vez no restaurante e o conceito pareceu confuso. Para comida típica portuguesa apenas um pouco mais sofisticada, as quantidades pareceram-nos muito pouco generosas. Globalmente a refeição/ experiência no restaurante, pareceu-nos demasiado cara para o que foi.
