Neemrana's Tijara Fort Palace

Excellent property and extremely courteous staff

The place is very relaxed. Great work is restoration. Lovely holiday. It's in the lap of nature. The area in the mardana wing as well as the Rani wing is ideal for a peaceful vacation. However, certain things can be improved.The sofas need a vacuum. Fans need to be cleaned. The people at the reception can be more welcoming. Also, the combined gratitude that we gave at the end, should be put in a box or something. Just giving to the receptionist didn't make sense.

This is an amazingly beautiful and sensitively restored old hill fort, converted into an extensive resort hotel of the highest standards. Both by night and day, the buildings and grounds are stunning.

A beautiful property overlooking the 2 billion year old hills, a magnificent view. The restoration has been in the usual impeccable Neemrana style. Very hospitable staff. The food could do with a little improvement in variety. Enjoyed the stay.

The place is beautiful but overpriced. The road leading upto the fort is a crazy and dangerous roller coaster. Inside the fort is an awesome world although it costs a fortune to stay there lol

Great retreat away from bustling Delhi

Tijara hotel from Neemrana group is a great property with very good food n service / we recommend our family n friends to stay here

The experience leading up to my hotel stay was a disaster. For months the central reservation system for Neemrana Hotels in Delhi failed to reply or didn't accurately reply. Very unprofessional and amateurish service. Back and forth. They have the worst customer service in the world. I paid for a car service from the airport through the hotel, and that was an every bigger mess. No response, no confirmation, and the car wasn't there waiting. I spoke to the CEO of company, and she was a bit understanding yet a tad insensitive. She did seem to care, and I hope she tends to these issues for future guests. The manager of the actual hotel was a nice man, and I was provided very good service at the hotel for the one night. Yet the drama of reserving the room and the car left a very bad taste. I've stayed at their properties before, and it's' often the same. Fascinating heritage properties but awful customer service outside of the hotels. At the hotels themselves, all is generally fine. A very mixed bag.

If one is looking for a serene getaway, Tijara Fort Palace is THE place!!! It's ambience is beautiful and relaxing. The food is great....hospitality warm and rooms/suites very well done up. We loved being there as it gave us all the comfort of clean, modern amenities in a beautiful old rustic heritage fort!!! Sitting atop a hillock, Tijara Fort is surrounded by fields, a lovely sight! Once in, you just have to enjoy the place and depend only on all that it offers as there is nothing else close by. The property is fairly big and walking around is intriguing, with it's quaint, pleasant sit-outs. We are all set to go back there again next month!!!!!!!!

was good and bad - the pool is good but change rooms are in horrible condition - the phone in the room did not work - neither was there any network for wifi connection so was quite inconvenient and wasted a lot of time looking around for room service staff.
the property is beautiful with amazing views and I am sure you will enjoy the stay however the access to the property particularly the 1 km uphill stretch to the fort is quite scary!!!. It badly needs a road and is quite capable of making your car tyres bald in one journey or send shock waves to your heart if you are a new driver...

Lovely property. Still being developed, but great as a weekend getaway.
