Love this hidden gem!!
Pros:

For me it was quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Everything....this was the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in....we had to go to Walgreens nextdoor to buy Clorox tilex mold and mildew remover to clean the bathroom....fabreeze for the smell....the hotel needs to be demolished....there was free breakfast and we didn't bother to eat...
We have never experienced anything like this before on booking.com, we read the reviews and it had an 8.5 ratings....even on the day we check in someone gave it a 10
They must be blind....the lobby was old and run down, floor tiles were cracked and missing pieces, the walls were dirty...
Never again.....stay away....

The best hotel around with a good price and friendly staff
Pros:

Great looking hotel. Has a spacious welcoming lobby and different areas you can sit and talk with friends or do work. They serve hot breakfast and always have coffee and tea available. the entire staff takes pride in what they do so you will have a wonderful stay

Parking lot is always full

Clean and convenient
Pros:

Hotel was very conveniently located to do activities in Pasadena, which is just a few miles north. Parking lot was a bit tight to maneuver but included in rate. Room was quiet and clean. Good breakfast. Hotel common areas are well kept up and decorated (they really went in for Halloween decor too). There were several restaurants less than a block from hotel which was great on our first night when we were too tired to drive anywhere..

Cons:

Mattress was slightly soft for our liking but we just prefer extra firm.

I would stay again if working in the area but would have breakfast elsewhere.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and you could tell they were recently renewed or remodeled.

Cons:

Amenities offered online were not available when I arrived. Parking was horrible for large vehicles. All spaces were tight or more appropriate for compact vehicles only. The breakfast was low value.

We arrived late for check-in, expecting to settle in and get some much-needed rest, but unfortunately, our room was full of mosquitoes. Instead of relaxing after a long day, we spent our time trying to catch and kill them. We requested to change rooms, but the front desk informed us that the hotel was fully booked. They simply provided a mosquito catcher and apologized, which was not an adequate solution to the problem.

What made the experience even more disappointing was that no compensation or any other gesture was offered for the inconvenience. We paid for a comfortable stay, not to spend our first night dealing with a mosquito infestation. The situation was frustrating, especially since we arrived late and were looking forward to resting.

The hotel should take better measures to ensure rooms are clean and free of pests before guests check in. A simple apology and a mosquito catcher were not enough to make up for such an unpleasant experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I expected much better service and consideration for paying guests.

I love it, coming back again, nice ambience, nice staff, good food, I love pools
Pros:

I love this property honestly. It has everything you need and would want. They have complimentary water and snacks ready for you in the room. Water refill machine along with ice machine as well which is greatly appreciated. Complimentary food, coffee and tea, complimentary breakfast and lots of options for breakfast that was very delicious. Best hotel I’ve been to, definitely coming back again. Oh and did I mention the pool, love it. Staff there is nice too

I hate to leave any bad reviews yet this hotel.was a big disappointment. Staff was doing some improvements as we walked in. Box cutter on the floor where I had 4 kids walking by, the elevator closed on my 3yr old grandson with my arm and mom's arm in the way and still it continued to close. The bathroom toilet not being clean was the last thing and we left. For 200 it was a no, probably for 100 I wouldn't expected much.
