The room was OK in general but not very clean, we'd found big and small mosquitos which we managed to kill them. But was left in the room for days (we did stay for over 5 days and asked for room cleaning every other day). Then, the biggest problem with our room, with two double beds. There's an AC by the wll along right next to the side of the 2nd bed (with the two beds lay along side by side). This AC is blowing right to the side of the bed. At night, the wind simply just kept blowing up through the surface of the bed. I was caught with a cold as a result. This problem, after I'd made complaint to the staff, is actually a common problem in each and every room but I was told I'd the first one have such problem. Eventually, the staff were helpful in offering me a thin wooden board installed in front of the AC to re-direc the air flow to more upward and the problem was solved. Another problem with the room is that the toilet ventillation was not working neither. When I discovered that I could not switch the vent on, I asked the front desk. The answer was its unfortunate that it's faulty! The breakfast food was not good neither, and was self-serving with plastic knifes, forks, cups and paper plates. Sausages and potatoes were not fresh. Nor were the boiled eggs too.
The only positive was that staff were friendly and always tried to be helpful whenever they can.

They have the same breakfast everyday. They only have hard boiled eggs and never have scrambled or fried
eggs. No creamers for coffee or packets of cream cheese. They put the cream cheese in a jar and you have to scoop it out with a plastic knife. Not sanitary because you don’t know if a guest has reused a knife.
Also, the safety lock on our door got stuck and my elderly mom and I were trapped in our room for at least 45 minutes. A staff worker had to climb onto the balcony and into our room to free us. We were late for breakfast and late for a family gathering. My mom is diabetic and had to eat. The staff did allow her to get breakfast late and they quickly changed the safety lock on our door. We were not offered a discount or credit for our troubles. I was frustrated with that because it was a huge safety hazard. In all my travels over the years, I had never been locked inside my room! Maybe Booking. com can issue with a credit.

Das Zimmer hatte alte und beschädigte Möbel äusserlich. Fussleiste sah sehr schmudelig aus. Wir hatten keine Vorhänge und warem im EG. Somit mussten wir immer die Rolläden geschlossen haben. Man hörte alles von der Strasse als ob man kein Fenster hat. Sehr schlechten Schallschutz. Zudem zum Nachbarzimmer hörte man auch alles.
Zimmer waren auch sehr schlech gegen Kälte resp Wärme isoliert. Mann hatte eine Stromheizung im
Zimmer, und wen Sie nicht über nacht lief war es arsch kalt. Wen Sie lief, hatte man dermassen Trockene Luft im Zimmer, dass einem der Hals schmerzte. Das Bed wurde jeden Tag gemacht und die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag getauscht, selbst wen man die Handtücher aufgehangen hat. Aber geputzt wurde nie. Ich musste nach 9 Tagen zur Resseption gehen und eine Reinigung verlangen. Selbst dan haben Sie nur genau das gemacht was ich bemängelt habe(Fussboden). Zudem wirbt das Hotel mit Parkplätzen für die Gäste, aber die sind begrenzt. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir direkt keinen Parkplatz und mussten auf der Strasse pakieren, folgedeissen hatten wir eine Parkbusse erhalten.
Im Zimmer war auch kein Safe. Das Wlan reicht nicht bis in unser Zimmer, da wir nicht im Hauptgebäude waren sondern neben an. Die Türe zum Hotelflur konnt man auch nicht schliessen. Das einzige was man hatte war ein Aussentor was zur halben Zeit immer Offenstand.Wir waren 11 Nächte dort, und hätten wir irgendwie stollnieren können oder genug Geld gehabt um ein neues Hotel buchen zu können, hätten wir das gemacht.

Frühstück (aber kann man nicht als negativ Punkt nehmen ist halt einfach das amerikanische Frühstück)
