The sofa bed extremely uncomfortable causing back pain and reception people not friendly.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee in the room was good.

Cons:

1) my friend slept at the bed, and I slept on sofa bed. It has been about 5 days passed but I have such a bad back pain from the springs on sofa bed. It was so uncomfortable, I promise I did not sleep even 5 minutes. I kept sitting on the bed to help my back pain.
2) The first day I arrived a little early and went to check in but the African American guy told me that I have to comeback exactly at 3. The place on Sunday was not busy at all, but he did not even want to check me in and give me a room even couple of hours early. The parking lot was empty. That proved that the hotel was empty.

Disappointing stay due to unfair pricing, poor room conditions, and unresolved customer service issues.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The staff were polite during check-in.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the pricing. I paid a much higher price through Booking.com than the hotel’s own rates. After I reported the issue, Booking.com and the hotel kept passing responsibility to each other instead of resolving the problem. The room cleanliness and the very noisy air conditioner made the stay even more disappointing

Quando lá cheguei tinham cancelado a minha reserva por excesso de reservas mas não me avisaram. Após esperar 1 hora arranjaram me quarto. Fui tomar banho e a banheira estava cheia de cabelos. A noite a janela deixava passar o barulho todo.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean compared to others. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Plenty of options for breakfast, enjoyed the fresh fruit and eating area was very clean. Location was very close to where we needed to be. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Cons:

It would have been very helpful to have known at time of booking about the availability of the medical discount.
