Excellent hotel value
Pros:

Breakfast was absolutely amazing.
The fresh fruit and yogurt, hot breakfast items and great coffee were excellent.
They are far superior to their competitor that I stayed with in the past.
My room with 2 queen and a sofa bed were very comfortable and soo close to NRG stadium.
I will only use this brand now.

The staff was amazing. Blanca was very patient and willing to help during our first night.

Cons:

- power going out on one side
- breakers tripping
- restroom light going out and it didn't get fixed until the next day
- there was no sweetener substitute for the coffee

I was charged twice and the hotel wouldnt help me and booking.com has been in impossible to work this. I was ripped off and no one will help me get my money back. Complete fraud of a hotel.

Pros:

Wonderful property! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pet fee is $150 which is extremely high. If not for that, it would be our go to EVERYTIME we go to Houston.
