Pros:

The suites were amazing

Cons:

Staff member who checked me in young gentleman giving me a hard time checking in like if I was at the wrong location after that the attitude spiraled downward i was thinking about it twice whether to stay there or not

Pros:

The location is right across the street from NRG Stadium so rather than have to pay for parking and take a shuttle, we just walked over for the concert. The breakfast was great, not like your typical hotel breakfast. They also served a complimentary meal at 5:30 p.m, which I've never seen before. The rooms and whole facility is immaculate, and staff is very friendly and professional.
