Horrible
Pros:

There was nothing I liked to be honest

Cons:

The breakfast was cold and full of salt was horrible the Housekeeping didn't fill the shampoo and conditioner nor did they leave another roll of toilet paper horrible experience

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. Great cooks. Very polite and entertaining. Best breakfast of our trip. Great variety.

Cons:

Carpet was a bit worn and not very clean in walkways. No complaints about the rooms very comfortable.

Nice, cozy and very comfortable stay
Pros:

Over all it was an amazing experience.

Cons:

Nothing of that very important. I only had one incident which i would like to see better managed is the key card . When i reached back after the pool around 10:45 key card didn’t worked , then i had to go to reception again to keep it activated and my family was waiting outside the room door until i reach back with the key.

Cons:

I was in a situation where I'm awake all night(sat)then at a meeting 6pm. (Sun)either sleep or exercise for energy, ask about pool services, " sure"they say. Get there "no pool"rooms not ready till?4pm? had to go get room to crash in.

Lack of customer service
Pros:

We spent two nights here. Front staff were being trained by man at desk on check in. She was very pleasant, he was not friendly at all. Got to room and heater/AC not working. Went to desk to report and man told us he would be right up. Never came room to warm all night. Went in am they sent some one up later in day. Car parked in one of the two handicapped parking spaces was parked at a bad angle, on a Jack and no front tire. Was there all weekend. Many older customers so sure the space would have been utilized by someone who needed it. It should have been towed.

A very nice stay!
Pros:

November 2025
We just stayed here for two nights. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The breakfast was great as is the location to the parks and walking distance to restaurant where we ate for both nights (Old Mexico!). The two women who work in the breakfast area were incredibly kind and helpful. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids, just 3-5 deep.

Not really a con, and not sure if it was just our bathroom, but there was no switch to turn on the vent for the shower, so it got really humid in there as evident on the ceiling.

Again, overall, a very nice stay!
