The bed was so high I couldn't get into it and had to sleep on the couch. Very miserable night.
We appreciated having LATE ARRIVAL privilege, since we couldn't arrive before the traditional check-in time. The desk staff was very hospitable and helpful. We were very touched by the fact that our room was posted as having been paid for us, and we think this was due to the fact that we had come for the funeral of my husband which would be the next day. We thank you for the graciousness of that outreach.
This is the loudest hotel I have ever been in. Staff were very loud and banging equipment and made no effort to be quiet
Staff was very friendly at check in, room was clean, hotel is easy to get to with shopping close by.
The staff were excellent. Pool closed for maintenance. Room was clean but poorly maintained.
Pets should be welcome. I heard several dogs that had to sleep in vehicles in the parking lot. Besides that, our stay was 100 percent pleasant.
Room had a stale smell to it. There were stains on some furnishings. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The last night when the air conditioner turned on it had an odor similar to propane. Very concerning.

The property manager decided to cancel my reservation because “ the rate was too low”!!
I had documentation but it didn’t matter. Had to pay for a room on site!!!

Mirror fell off wall. I have a toddler. This could have been a terrible accident!
Remote to tv broken, shabby shower curtain & tub stained. Customer in rim next door talked loud till 3 am. For the price, I expected better.
Needs SERIOUS updating.
I booked a king suite and when I got there they said they only had a room with 2 queen beds bc they were remodeling the whole first floor! First of all, there is NOTHING on the website that says they’re remodeling. We wouldn’t have picked a hotel going through renovations! Second, all the pictures show new rooms which we certainly did not get. There were ants in the bathroom, there was only a 20” tv, the hallway carpet was filthy, and the entertainment center was all scratched up. Lastly, I’ve never been talked to so condescendingly just bc we booked through a “third party”. They kept saying well there’s nothing we can do bc you booked through a third party. That basically means we only take care of our Holiday Inn members. I have never been treated so disrespectfully.
