El staff era sumamente amable.

Cons:

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas en lo absoluto, si acaso de 3. Nos cambiaron tres veces de habitación por problemas con el agua, en una salía muy caliente sin poder bajarle a la temperatura, en la segunda casi no tenía presión y estaba tibia, no caliente. Así nos bañamos tres veces porque ya lo habían arreglado pero, no quedó bien. Por eso nos cambiaron otra vez.
Las almohadas estaban llenas de bolitas.
Había momentos en el que el hotel no tenía olor agradable.
Lo escogí por las 5 estrellas y 8.6 de calificación pero, ambas estaban incorrectas.

Todo muy limpio, personal excelente
llegamos justo a la hora que termina el almuerzo y aun asi nos atendieron muy amables y todo muy rico.
Ubicacion excelente, y la vista tambien

Podrían poner alfombra para que el hotel fuera más cálido

Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno. Es a la carta y bien servido. Habitaciones muy amplias aunque en general se podria mejorar el mantenimiento del hotel. La ubicacion es muy buena

Cons:

El estacionamiento esta muy ajustado: apenas para autos chicos.
El agua caliente tardo muchisimo en salir y con presion baja.

Pros:

Personal amable, instalaciones limpias, camas cómodas. Buen desayuno, es a la carta, tienen buen servicio y están ricos los alimentos. Está super céntrico de atracciones turísticas.

Cons:

Los cajones de estacionamiento son un poco estrechos en el nivel 1.
