Bed smelled of sweaty old men. Pillow had me thinking some sweaty old dude was sleeping next to me. Shower backed up in morning and solids started to come out of drain

Will Bypass The Royal in Moree
Pros:

Dinner was tasty. hotel room was disappointing, bed was comfortable though, shared kitchen could do with two cleaners one full day work with elbow length rubber gloves using industrial cleaner. Unisex toilet and shower - toilets not usable due to unclean, shower head was impossible needed a darn could clean to work efficiently.

Pros:

This hotel had no electrical in the rooms the room was very small and right beside the smoking area with door from bedroom to this area people were using it all the time no privacy bathroom in a remote area on premises not a great experience.

Pros:

The first room ‘management’ gave me hadn’t been cleaned since the last occupant.
Second room was better in that bed was made and trash emptied - but room was filthy.
Shared toilets were filthy and 1 toilet roll between 3 toilets
Rooms and furniture old and unmaintained and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Pros:

Unsafe - no security in room, so someone used a key to come into room before 7am - management suggested it might have been cleaners but they really had no idea, no apology, no care.
Shocking access from carpark - metal grid stairs & open mesh walkway above roof of bar. Only some lughts on stairs worked & 1 light was blinding.
Carpet is old, stained.
Smoke alarm hangs from ceiling.
No bedside table or night light.
No opening window & no air conditioning.
Wonder how to escape if there's a fire in corridor. God forbid.

It is what it is. Basic accommodation and access to a nights sleep and a hot meal after a long drive. No frills but adequate, staff were friendly and accommodating
