Stay didn't happen as room advertised does not exist.
Cons:

I didn't actually stay here. Despite booking the room through the booking app literally 30 seconds before checking in, I was told on arrival that the room was no longer available and suggested a different room which did not have AC. I was then asked by the property to cancel my booking which I was told had been done by the agent I spoke to at Booking. I assume based on this request for review that this was not in fact done.

Rude staff. hassle to check in and check out
Pros:

Check in was a real hassle. Thry couldn’t find the reservation. Checkout was awful They argued with us about the payment. They could not understand the payment confirmation because of the language barrier. I had to call hotels.com twice to try and sort it out.

Very average.
Pros:

Very simple and basic hotel. Little pricy for the quality. Couldn't find any other hotels with better price. I've. Seen better hotels with better pricing. There weren't lot of other options around the neighborhood. Nothing to complain but nothing to be happy about either.
